There was little to no internet. That was very disappointing
-
Everyone was really friendly we had to call and push are time of arrival back a few times and they were great about it The beds were a bit hard for me
-
Great value and a very clean and comfortable room. Could have had a better breakfast menu. Stayed at a competitors for three days before for the same price and had a very nice hot breakfast.

It was convenient for my purposes. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door. Notghing in oarticular.
-
Disappointed with breakfast. No warm food (ie. bacon, eggs, etc.) Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Good air conditioner.

I have used these facilities for over twenty years with different ownership. Nothing much has changed other than aging. The drain in the sink needs declogging. The toilet does not stay firm and water keeps running. The bedframe has a part of metal that sticks out and can be dangerous.

I spent 25 years in the hotel business with 10 of those being a general manager, and my impression is that this property falls into the ‘we don’t give a f**k’ catagory of hotels. Either the cleaning staff has not been properly trained or management doesn’t bother inspecting rooms (or possibly both); 10 more minutes cleaning the bathroom and sleeping area would be a big help. And perhaps trying to repair the damage to the wall from the lock and door if this had been a room in one of my hotels, it would not have been rented in that. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was the bare minimum to be called breakfast. Not a great stay

Rooms were older and had the accompanying wear and tear

Convenient location. The WiFi didn’t work! The clerk tried very hard to help, but it just wasn’t there. We’d have to be standing by the reception desk to get it. Breakfast was not great. They ran out of coffee. Guest bathrooms ( near breakfast room) were not in good condition.

Comfortable stay while I was on my work trip, Great staff I enjoyed the privacy and how comfortable it was.
-
Toilet needed updated it was more for a child than an adult. Sink had several cracks and the finish was peeling.

Stay anywhere else! Best Western should be embarrassed to have their name on this sign. The free water at check in did not compensate in any way for the room that apparently hasn’t been updated since the late 70s. From the flimsy pea green polyester “bedspreads” to the mismatched wood patch on the bathroom door, the room screamed cheap, dusty and time warp at every turn. It felt dark and dirty; you couldn’t have paid any of us to walk on the carpet barefooted, On the plus side the miniature bathroom was clean and the bagels and waffles were good. Definitely not worth the $100 to stay there with our pet. Why did we stay? It was late and we had been driving all day. How did we even fall sleep there? Pure exhaustion, a stiff drink, and pretending we were anywhere but there when we closed our eyes.

Close to 3 good restaurants, all in walking distance
-
No very good food wise.

Breakfast wasn’t good enough

Great property to come to and get rest while traveling for work.

Nice basic place to spend a night. We didn’t have time to swim, but pool looked fine. Breakfast options were pretty good (cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, MYO waffles) except that the juice in the dispenser was old, not spoiled but stale/dirty tasting. We wondered if the tap water was safe because we were handed a bottled water at check-in (without explanation) and there was a jug water cooler in the breakfast area. Toilet seat had a broken hinge. But the room was clean and spacious at a good price.
