Location assistant manager that checked us in was very nice. I requested a pet free room that pets did not ever stay in because I have allergies and asthma I only stayed in the room at night to sleep and had a severe reaction my sinuses and eyes were swollen for 2 days. No shampoo in dispenser. No coffee maker filter holder in room I could not have coffee in the morning. The bed is old bouncy and uncomfortable could not sleep all night long woke up with back ache.

The room was clean and the beds made well. Really nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The pool is great! The breakfast is good and a welcome meal. I will definetely book again on my next trip to Michigan

Housekeeping came in the second day and did the room. We have gotten used to not getting Housekeeping services for a two night stay, so it was nice.

The rooms are Clean, the location is nice, with Walmart accross the street. Amenities are excellent, free breakfast. Staff are the best addition to this amazing experience, thanks to the amazing staff.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. We were not very happy with the water service. I personally had to take three cold showers. The front desk lady never apologized for the water and just set the whole time was talking about how they didn't have enough hot water.

It was a great place to stay. The fridge was broke and because I booked with Expedia they couldn’t give me a discount or anything other then that it was great!

We had a great stay. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the pancake machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Pool and hot tub were great, too! Good place to stay for the money in Greenville.

The outlet under the desk did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also did not work. The microwave was also unplugged. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
