Dirt and cigarette butts on floor in front of elevator- lots of grime on things- staff at hotel and casino pretty nice-

Bed was clean and comfortable, but the carpet needed vacuuming. Only one bath towel provided. Restaurant doesn't open until 10am so don't plan on getting breakfast early. Very small casino on site but I didn't see anyone winning.

Clean and pretty rooms. Liked the separate bathtub and shower. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in the area.

I’m so glad I was able to relocate from a different location to here. There’s so much on property to enjoy your time in an out of the way place. The staff is helpful and friendly. See Cheryl at StarB’s! I would love to see the Harlow just go a head and be great. Address the little things like refreshing the bathroom- grout has mildew all of the time. Give a good deep clean to each space at least once a month and you’ll be Greenville’s only option as far as I’m concerned.

the rooms are spacious I was in room 423 it smelled like toilet water the tub wasn’t clean and the floor was dirty

This is my second time staying here. Everything is always clean. Staff are good about responding to any issues. Would recommend staying here.

I love everything about the hotel. The king size bed and the room was pretty.
