At this point it feels like home! No complains other than noisy guests in the connecting room so I will be sure to avoid those next time.

Pet friendly, The room, bathroom and hotel was spotless. The morning breakfast was great. A special thank you the breakfast person (she was from my home area) she was very sweet. She always greeted us with a smile. We chatted about the winters in NY. nothing

Overall, we had a great experience! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, and while the price was quite high due to Parents’ Weekend, we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean.

First of all I like to say that this was my first time ever stayed at a Best western hotel and I was very pleased with the clean and neatness there. Me and my husband love where it is located at . Very quiet and pleasant area. We will be coming back to stay there .

Wonderful place to stay

The bed had dirty sheets, looks like they hadn't been changed had a nasty srain and I called the front desk ask if someone could come change the sheets there was no one there to change them. Had to go and get clean sheets and change them myself. Didn't think that was something I should have to.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean, modern, spacious rooms. Pillows too big though. I went and bought my own for $10. Breakfast very good. About 5-10 minutes to ECU and everything else. Big pillows. Not enough parking one busy night.

The shower was not as clean as I would have liked. Unfortunately, there was mold on the tile. Also, there was no one at the desk when we went to check out: no bell, no sign, nothing. We were unable to get a receipt when we left the key card on the desk.

The dog room on the first floor has two bed that slope downward. They need to be updated.

Location was great! The room was spacious and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Need to check their plumbing issues. The first room we were in had bad plumbing. The toilet flooded the floor right before my shower! We had to move to another room.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in quite some time. Staff was very helpful.
