Overall very good experience

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant

I tried to contact the property several times prior to my visit, no one communicated back, no one even acknowledged the communication. I tried to call the property several times. Phone was busy, never rang.

Wonderful stay.

Great stay

This is our Greenville, NC Hotel Stay favorite. We are in the area at least 4x per year. We love the choices for breakfast. Great location to all amenities - food, gas, etc. Also each room has great space.

While the common areas of the hotel were clean, our room was not up to par. The surfaces in our room (desk, table, cabinets) seemed to have been overlooked and not wiped down at all. The bathroom was clean though. Comfortable beds as well. Wouldn’t stay there again but it was just acceptable for one night.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms larger and clean. Nothing flashy but a great option if you are visiting ECU.

This property was very clean, well kept and up to date. The amenities were very nice but what stood out to me were the people. Everyone I encountered was super nice and courteous. The gentleman at the breakfast area was on top of everything, cleaning after each person and very friendly. I also talked with one of the morning cleaning staff and she was very nice and friendly. Overall great experience!

The TV was nothing but junk upgrade

I really enjoyed my stay the double bed suite was nice and clean and spacious.The only thing that disturbed me was at 12:30 at night a group of girls was fighting in the hallway rite at my room door woke me and granddaughters up I tired calling front desk over and over again but didn't get a answer.i was scared to open my door but was looking out the peep hole mace had been sprayed in one of the young ladies face this was earlier Sunday morning 7-5-2026 other than that my stay was okay.When in town again I would stay here oh yeah and breakfast was awesome 👍 up.

I got the biggest room they offer! It was clean and took care of. Greenville was a cute town! I would recommend

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the employees we interacted with were very friendly. The only down will be that I had to request sheets for the pull out couch. It would’ve been nice to have them already in the room with additional pillows.
