Clean room

Hair dryer didn't work. Fridge was messed up. No working ice machines on property. No help with maintenance. Did not merit the price at all.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was insanely good. I had to dial it up a bit in July. There were a bunch of morons racing sport bike motorcycles up and down the road passed the hotel at all hours of the night and I could hear them.

Half the lights were not working, floor was very dirty, the safety chain lock was torn off, the house phone didn’t work, half rolls of toilet paper were left

Ok breakfast. Waffle was good. Yogurt good. Needed bananas! Outside needs blown or swept around sidewalk. My room had bugs coming in every night under door. Some in bathroom. Shower was great! Bed very comfy. Took awhile to figure out remote control tv. Not many choices. Floor was dirty and needed cleaned. Bugs.

Bed made every day. AC units pull in air (and smoke) from outside. Cigarette ashtrays located right outside the room gets heavy smoke pulled into room.

Very dirty, lots of black mold, smelled like an ashtray in my nonsmoking room. They kept my $25 deposit. Staff was rude. Breakfast was horrible. Very loud road traffic and could hear the noise from people in the parking lot all night long. Don’t stay here

The place is really tired!

AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.

El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, cuando entramos al hotel todo estaba sucio y con cucarachas. Y tuvimos que pagar hasta doble porque habíamos hecho reservacion online y dijo que no y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente allá y en efectivo porque tuvo problemas con su máquina de pago… todo fue un dolor de cabeza

I didn’t like anything. I didn’t even stay because the rooms were gross and smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn’t even stay. The hotel says booking.com has to refund my money for not staying. Booking.com says the hotel has to approve it and the hotel will not respond to them.

Convenience, QUIET, location, Price, comfort. Older style although recently renovated. Breakfast had minimal options. Hard boiled egg or hot scrambled would be nice.

Everything I have no complaints at all

It amazes me that such an outdated and ill-kept facility charges over $100 per night. The room had dead bugs in the corner and stains on the bed cover. Thankfully I am glad to report there were no bed bugs in our room.
