We spent two days visiting family. Very friendly staff and check in. Cookies at 4pm! Clean room with both inside and outside door. Cleaning staff super friendly and speak english. Great breakfast. Pool is a highlight!! Located in the very heart of shopping and dining. Highly recommend

We have stayed twice at Timberridge Best Western in Grove. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!

One of the nicest, cleanest Best Westerns I’ve stayed in.

AC didn’t work in the first room. Mini fridge didn’t work in the second room. Bathroom was so small I had to stand in the bathtub to close the door. Staff was super nice and friendly though.

The room was clean from what we could see and the bed was super comfortable. I actually forgot my pillows and theirs were surprisingly comfortable. You can tell the housekeepers worked really hard on cleaning the room, the sheets were crisp, toilet paper was even folded and heat stamped. Being as we only stayed one night it got the job done. Most of the staff were nice, especially the overnight attendant who helped us with towels. We didn’t have any breakfast, we didn’t wake up in time, so I can’t review anything about that. But all in all it was a good experience.
