The room and staff was very nice. The whole outside of the building just needs a paint job as this is an older hotel, not like all the new ones on the beach. But had the best price and only walk one block to the beach acrosss the street. For the price was best for me.

The room is in definite need of sprucing up. It had paint hanging from the ceiling. Some mold around the tub.

We stayed here for our beach vacay with kids. It was perfect for us. The beach was close and an easy walk with our wagon. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The room had a mid size fridge and was great for holding our food for our beach days. An ice cream place is on site and was delicious! We went everyday! Would definitely recommend if trying to do a beach vacay on a budget.

The location is great, right across the street from the beach, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, everything worked and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I’m coming back to this one like so many others do!

The staff. Did not clean room except for sweeping one time during our stay. One bed had a damaged mattress which would make you feel like you were falling off. It certainly needs a remodel. I know it wasn't worth the money.

Close to the beach Humidity in the rooms. Everything felt wet. They didn’t make the bed or clean room every day. Pile all their laundry carts out by the elevator which makes it feel unsafe getting on and off the elevator. Especially at night. For the price it should have had breakfast.

There was no breakfast we were given We were given a one bedroom on the 4th floor when we reserved a two bedroom on the first floor . The pool was nasty every day and we were there 4 days. We were there 3 months prior and everything was perfect!
