Being close to the beach The 2 bathrooms upstairs had mold and you could smell it. Could have used hangers in the closet and hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Had some drainage issues in the king bathroom. The rest of the house was very nice.

Location, location, location! The beach is one small hill of white sand away! And lots of rooms with sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. There are nice little starter packs for kitchen and bath. Well working washing machine and dryer, plenty of towels. A functional shower station at the back of the covered parking to rinse off the sand. Two nice decks - one with a nice table and chairs and access from the living room to the beach, and the other with hairs was a balcony off the master suite. AC works great. Hot water in showers was also good. Two of the toilets have some less than average equipment which causes them to be finicky to flush and run long, but they worked. The beds were not all very comfortable, the pillows were comfy but the sheets were thin and a little scratchy. the downstairs double mattress particularly is very uncomfortable. We had some trouble connecting to the internet, but it resolved. However, we were not able to connect to any other apps on the smart tv in the living room other than Netflix. The TV in the master had access to YouTube. We didn't try connecting to anything else.

Everything was great! The house, the location, cleanliness. Everything. One of our party is a professional complainer and the only complaint she had was, "not enough toilet paper". LOL! We didn't not like anything. Another group that we were with all agreed that Bonhomme Richard was better than their house that was 1.5 miles further west.
