Sea Breeze Manor Inn

The location was wonderful. We went to St. Petersburg for medical therapies and needed the quiet and great scenery. Would have liked a kitchenet to be able to prepare our food since we are on a special diet.

Everything. Friendly staff, beautiful property and close to everything including the bay. The bed was very high. Not a problem for me but might be for other travelers

The location was great and we also liked the breakfast snacks that were provided every day. The bed was really comfortable and spacious. I wasn't too happy with the room because of the shape of the room, sometimes I found it to be claustrophobic.

Super beautiful location. Room was amazing and clean. Bed was comfromable, and location was perfect. The cafe was the only thing we wished we had tried. Food smelled great.

We loved the location and got a terrific welcome. Our room was superb and had a great balcony. There are amazing bars and places to eat within short walking distance. Unfortunately we have marked the stay down because our room (4 nights) was never cleaned. Fresh towels and empty bins are pretty basic.

I enjoyed the homey atmosphere along with the comfortable bed. The breakfast items were greatly appreciated! The refresh of towels and emptying of the wastebaskets was appreciated since we were staying 4 nights! It was wonderful that you checked in to make sure we were doing well! A shelf in the shower for body wash and shampoo would help rather than setting them on the edge of the door lip. A shelf for guests' items would help a lot. It would be nice to have another padded chair. Also, the TV was difficult to figure out. We made due but it was challenging.

The public restroom directly outside the room door means that when you exit the room, you are likely to have either staff or diners waiting in line for the restroom to wade through and then watch them explore your room and any family members inside as if you are a zoo exhibit as the bed is directly inside the door. And what happened when this was brought up to the staff? A call to the owner to ask for another room had potential, but unfortunately when at wit's end with the noise of rewrapping flatware for tomorrow's breakfast service and endless complaining conversation of the staff on the other side of the aforementioned thin wall - my wife's complaint about the noise was met with an insolent response from one of the young men working there, "This is also a restaurant, and if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." A conversation with the owner was calmer and he mentioned he was not aware of the noise level and discomfort of the room, and no other guest had ever mentioned it (there is a Google review about the very same topic with Aruba...). He said he would speak to the employee's impertinent advice to my wife. We found other lodging and followed the advice of the young, insolent staffer.

We loved the room!! We had the Barbados room and it was so pretty!!! The bed was very nice! Very comfortable! The entrance is pretty. Excellent driving distance to a lot of great food and drink spots! There is so many great places to eat and see so that’s awesome. Food scene is excellent! Very accommodating when we had an issue with how to work the cable and the owners replied promptly and fixed the situation. The check in/out procedure is super cool!! Very smart and well written in the directions. The bathroom is beautiful as is the whole room! The property in the garden area felt lonely, I think it’s still currently being revived/improved. A ruggable (because they’re durable cleanable and flat) would have been nice to warm up the space. The beach was rather small and more like a family picnic type of beach not a vacation kind of beach. Again that too is a work in progress as it’s netted off and closed in areas, which reflects that. I really wish there was an explanation of these things if not on the website than at least when we got to our room a note to say her sorry we aren’t up to par yet and here’s what’s happening…. Kinda thing.

Best Inn on the Gulf Port Beachfront. Staff is not only amazing but extremely friendly and accommodating. Not applicable as I adored the entire Inn amd Cafe downstairs.

There was a beach right across the street. We had a balcony that was beach front. Parking was super easy and convenient. The area got hit hard from the hurricane, so a lot of shops and restaurants were closed.

The Sea Breeze Manor was very quaint and decorated nicely. We had a balcony facing the bay & a park. We loved hanging out in their beautiful courtyard in the afternoon reading. Nothing that I can think of,

It was perfectly located right in the center and right on the bay. It has the look and feel of a European bed-and-breakfast. There are lots of cozy nooks, and places to sit when you’re not in your room. The breakfast restaurant is excellent. The French toast was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back. I really liked most everything. If I had to pick one thing it was that the bed could have been a little less worn and firmer. But maybe just needs a mattress flip.

The location is great. Unattended for a good bit of time. ( three p.m to 8 a.m daily). My Wife fell a 1/2 hour after we arrived.

Everything. Bed super comfortable, balcony breakfast was great. Would definitely be back Bathroom hot...no Ventilation
