Holiday Inn Express Gulfport Beach by IHG

Beautiful views. Love that the location was right across from the coast. Beautiful quiet place. Close to hospital and restaurant. Loved it. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Needed more snacks to choose from the market area.

1. Check in was pleasant & quick. The young lady working the desk was so sweet. 2. The property is very clean. But what stood out to me immediately was how good it smelled! Literally everywhere smelled amazing. The lobby area is cozy, with a great view of the ocean. There is 24 hour coffee bar and it is delicious. Freshly ground and brewed individually with plenty of creamer options. Also, tea. Good tea options as well. 3. Pool area. Super cute, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Infinity style so the view is unobstructed. Plenty of seating

Breakfast was good the actually stay was good. The parking was awful. The design of the parking lot was the worst by far. The parking lot was just to tight. I drive a F150 and it was hard to maneuver in some instances.

Nothing bad to say! Great place to stay

Across street from ocean. Complimentary breakfast. Pool. Nearby casino

Exceptional

Our room was nice, loved that we could walk to the beach with ease. Breakfast should go til 10

Loved my room

The front desk clerk was so sweet and accommodating.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Thank you for your time and attention to any concerns I may have had.

I put a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, and a cleaning attendant barged in while I was using the restroom and my son was sleeping. Extreme violation of privacy. Won't be returning. Mentioned it to the manager and she said she would have a talk with them. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Good location, pool, and the coffee was good. There were some things outside that needed repaired. The hotel sign and the fence around the pool.

Has a good continental breakfast. Was surprised how small a suite was. Needed better vending area...no regular items or fruit to buy. Had to order doordash when I had a glucose drop due to lack of options.

Room clean and smell good. Whole place was good esp. the hot breakfast, which was great. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Good location just across the beach and close to casino.

Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Exceptional

Property was clean and staff friendly. This is a beach property so room pictures can be misleading to a degree. There were no grab bars for toilet and the entrance to the motel for wheelchairs is dangerous as you have to go around entrance doors for handicap ramp then when in the level for the entrance, there is no railing or toe board lip to prevent someone from rolling off the edge (4-6” drop). Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was right in view of the beach! It was beautiful. And had great AC

I'll be staying here again on my way back home.

It was clean , has a Starbucks touch screen coffee brewer in the lobby and a great check in staff. The bed was cozy was comfy pillows . Sleep quality was great , no noise volume from outside or surrounding area . The vibe is relaxing and the views are great!
