Courtyard by Marriott LA Hacienda Heights/Orange County

I requested a late checkout and staff obliged, and I had no problem hanging around for a few extra house before my flight. Loved the air conditioning during the hot weather. Great visit.

They charge $16 per night. However, 2 queen bed accommodation was pretty tight, designed where the bathroom door would hit anybody that was using the sink or the closet. Overall, staff was very accommodating when asked fir more towels. The gym is sufficient with a couple of treadmills, stationary bikes, mats and free weights. The gym was overlooking the pool, which had a great view of the sunrise!

It was clean. It was newly remodeled, and the staff was nice having that starbucks within the space was nice. Location was easy.

Got there and they said they were full, I had made the reservation around 3 days prior, and it was confirmed. The staff was not empathetic, sent me to another hotel, 15 mins further away, it smelled so bad, and they offered febreze as the solution. I was so appalled, it made me laugh. 0/5 stars, places like this should be sued out of business.

Room will not be serviced till the second day per the counter clerk after I inquired why my trash wasn't emptied nor my towels replaced when I arrived back to my room the second night of my stay. I only stayed 2 days so I had to request clean towels and trash empty the night before shout of the hotel. It seams like a self service motel not a hotel although priced like a hotel.

They charged $16/day parking, even the hotel is not in a high density area and the surrounding shopping/restaurants have plenty of free parking spaces,

Before I booked this hotel, it stated that self-parking was available, but it didn’t mention a $16 parking fee. I’ve traveled to Los Angeles many times and have never been charged for hotel parking before. I understand that hotels in downtown areas often charge for parking, but I wasn’t expecting a hotel in the Hacienda Heights/Orange County area to have a parking fee, especially since it wasn’t disclosed before I booked.

My only issue was that we were supposed to get our room serviced every day but it wasn’t. Other than that I really like this hotel.
