Clean room very comfortable beds

Nice property close to a lot of amenities

Great stay!

Breakfast was very minimal, really would have enjoyed some more protein options other than boiled eggs.

I am not one to write reviews however, this experience warranted a comment. We had to fly into NJ for an emergency for a long weekend. We checked in on a Fri night. At about 1:00 AM an on and off noise started coming from the bathroom. It kept us awake all night. We brought it to the front desks attention in the morning. They said they would fix it. We returned Saturday evening to the same noise. Called the desk and they sent up a crew. Their solution was to turn off water in room and close bathroom door. Told us to come downstairs if we needed to use bathroom. Denied our request for a new room. Promised to comp one night to appease us. That never occurred. Avoid the “Less Quality Inn” at all costs. Complete ineptitude.

Nice hotel. Very close to food and shopping

This hotel is a good choice for travelers. It is clean and there is always someone at the front desk. The limited language of some staff may be difficult but they persisted until the solution was found. The room we stayed in had no carpet and we appreciated this. It does not have a pool, exercise room or laundry facilities. The options for breakfast are limited and there are very few seats. It has a great location.

Nice hotel, close to a lot of food options

Staff was rude when they were even at the desk which wasn’t much. Came in at 10pm one night and no staff at the desk. With open doors anyone can come off the street and into the hotel. Rooms were ok but hallways too rooms were dirty. Breakfast was gross and sat out too long. Elevator smelled terrible. Ask staff upon checking in if I could stay another day and first person said yes just let us know in the morning. And the next morning staff was rude and made us change rooms to a handicap room with a shower floor that was cracked and my daughter cut her foot. Overall bad hotel

Keep doing a great job.

All was duable. The shower and bathroom was missing a decent vanity for our or my wifes toiletry products and also had a small mirror. Tissues in that bathroom were done in no time and i had to go get some napkins from the breakfast area. The outlet behind the beds headboard did not have a plug plate and was kind of loose and could cause an electrical problem especially having cloth from the bed and could cause the bed to cach fire. If they took care of these few things i would give it a four and one half stars. The other thing is that there is no direct addres for any one to put into there GPS to find the place. I had to put the name of the shopping center to locate the hottel because it sits on the corner of the shopping center..

Location was perfect for visiting our friends. Beds were comfortable and room clean. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathtub looked as if it had seen better days and was slippery. And if there were scrambled eggs for breakfast it would have been better.

Unfortunately I was bitten by some undetectable insect or mite each of three nights. It was not bed bugs, I have had that before in other places. However the bites caused extreme itching and swelling on both arm and opposite hand which lasted for several days. It was room 221. I think the bed should be stripped and sprayed.

This hotel was close to an event I was attending and was a great price. It was very clean and comfortable.

location The room was dirty! I've stayed here before, they just don't care! They take no pride in this place. When walking on the floor our shoes stuck to it, so sticky. The tub/shower wasn't clean. The toilet had rings under the seat. The wall paper was peeling off or up the walls. Over all it had an awful smell. The hallways are dingy and stink. The fire alarm was going off, smoke coming from the a/c unit across the hall, Staff said no problem, no fire company called. We left the hotel after that.

The bed was comfortable and staff was kind and courteous. The AC unit wouldn't run sufficiently enough to cool the room. It would start to get cool enough that I could almost fall asleep then shut off and the room would quickly heat back up.

Staff was super kind, clean rooms, easy parking, ac worked great.
