Our room was a decent size which was nice. Good location, nice staff, decent price. The pool, hot tub and sauna were also nice to have. They could have been cleaner and the jets do not work in the hot tub. The gym is tiny consisting of some weights and a treadmill. The breakfast is the same garbage as most free breakfasts are. I can never make myself eat it more than once. The bed was hard with a thin pillow top cover, the blanket was super hot and felt like it was made from plastic, and the air conditioner screamed when turning off which was annoying and a little funny. They were doing a bunch of maintenance work during my stay which was not great but it will be good for future guests. We had a good view from our window.

The mountain view was great and it felt so peaceful just being here. We definitely enjoyed this stay! I recommend having more places to hang towels/bathing suits in the bathroom if possible.

We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. We have done this many times through Hilton and Expedia, and no hotel has ever canceled our fully paid reservation without contacting us first. This time, we paid for four nights instead of three. After traveling from another state, we arrived expecting to check into a room we had already paid for. I am pregnant and was exhausted from the trip. Instead, we were told our reservation had been canceled. We never received a phone call, email, text message, or any warning. Even while we were standing in the lobby, Expedia still showed our reservation as active. We were then told we had to make a new reservation at over $400 per night, while our original payment would not be refunded. You never know a guest’s financial situation. What if that was a family’s last available money? Leaving travelers without a room after they already paid, without a single warning, is simply inhumane. When we asked why this happened, the staff threatened to call the police because we were upset. We left and had to pay for another hotel. All of this could have been avoided with one phone call or email. Instead, we were left without accommodation, forced to spend even more money, and put through unnecessary stress during my pregnancy.

Loved the steam room. Size of bedrooms/bathrooms was nice. Nice view from rooms. Comfy beds. Nice pool and pool room. No cable/satellite. Small hottub with no jets.

Great location at a great price. Newly remodeled and very clean. Best deal in the Sun Valley area!

Airport shuttle. Very professional staff

I had a medical issue in my family - mom is in hospital down in Southern California with major issues. I tried canceling and or changing dates. I purchased protection on my hotel just in case something like this might happen. I talked to them too. No one helped fix the issue. So I paid for protection but didn’t get any and I paid for a room and didn’t get to use that either. Not happy

Breakfast was the main reason i pay up to $50:00 more to stay there. At this location no bacon. Apparently only when they have it. Very little fruit. a efford to cheapen what I expect from Hamilton breakfast. On arrival no coffee and when I departed no coffee. Worst breakfast is my vote. A motel 6 treatment. Luggage carts were also the worst I have used. Bring back your normal carts please.

Clean room, plenty of parking, and the breakfast had good variety including some hot breakfast items. Ideally located for our trip to Sun Valley.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation and it looks great so far!! We loved being here - will stay again.

Modern hotel with private parking and friendly staff on edge of town (see image) and an easy walk to shops, bats and restaurants, clean good-sized room, tasty hot and cold breakfast, indoor pool (did not use but other guests did), perfect overnight prior to driving north up the Salmon River Scenic Byway via nearby Stanley (see image). Nothing.

Great little spot in Hailey. Hotel was clean, doing some updates, beds were nice, staff was kind. Breakfast was fine with your typical choices. I’d stay here again. Thank you!

The GM was by far my favorite part of the stay!

The property was perfect. Probably one of the cleanest rooms and Hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were extremely generous and attentive. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect!!! Definitely my new go to Hotel when I’m in the area.

Breakfast was diverse and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
