Breakfast was good We told the front desk 2 times the toilet was running and the floor was wet, the only thing that happened was a different towel for the floor. We had a no smoking room that smelled like smoke. The grounds need a lot of work, sidewalk needs to be replaced and landscaping needs attention.

The breakfast was not very good. The plastic ware was very bad. Hard to cut and eat. The room was OK. It had a bad sent.

I liked the pool facilities. That’s about it Room smelt like cigarettes. Found a lighter and a cotton swab under my bed. Vending machine didn’t work well. 1 place to fill a water bottle was in the pool area. Kinda sketchy

Now because management isn’t “in on the weekends” Expedia is claiming we aren’t able to receive the promised refund - all in all this has been an absolute nightmare and we will never be staying here again and more than likely no longer booking through Expedia.

Rooms smelled like smoke and air conditioning didn’t take the dampness away. Breakfast was nothing special. Carpets were sticky and dirty. Refrigerator was leaking water. There were two tvs, one in front of the other, in one of our rooms. Weird! Bedding and towels were clean, but our bed was slanted and sagged in the middle. Not a very nice hotel.

I have never written a review but I just had to after our stay here. We stayed in a “suite” on the second floor. The second we walked in the overwhelming smell of cat urine or something like that was awful. Loose carpeting, toilet didn’t even seem like it was sturdy to the ground. I would never go back!

Breakfast was fine. Stuff seemed a little dried out.

This place needs a renovation. Carpet stained and puckered in the hallways and my room. The furniture in the lobby is dingy. Hot tub wasn’t working and they told us the pool was closed in the morning when we went for a swim after seeing people in it the night before. That was disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday and were looking forward to swimming in the morning. Our room felt damp…the carpet and even the sheets. You can tell they are trying to clean what should be replaced. So, at least it felt clean-ish….sort of…. If you just need a place to sleep for a night and you’re not too picky, you can make it work. But I don’t think this place is up to normal AmericInn standards. And that’s saying a lot coming from a wilderness camping girl.

Friendly helpful manager. My Hotels.com reservation could not be found. Not by confirmation number, by my name or any other identification. Had to create a new reservation and pay for it. I expect a full refund of the money paid to Hotels.com

Dirty, sink didn't drain and housekeeping came in but didn't make bed? Breakfast was a joke. Considering price wasn't worth what I paid.

I do not recommend this hotel. And I do not recommend any Wyndham hotels period.

Close to where we needed to be Room was musty, fridge and handles in the drawers and anything metal was rusty due to the humidity in the room, in the morning the carpet was even damp, mold in the shower from the leaky head, cords left in the middle of the hallway.
