The king size bed was AWESOME Sofa bed was uncomfortable and not what I was thinking or what I thought I had got online. No microwave in the room, not enough towels or coffee had to ask for a bunch more. Windows didn't open. Small size room for price.

The location is great. The rooms were recently renovated and are in excellent condition.

Pool roof caving in IMO DO not get adjoining rooms if you want quiet. Roof top bar wasn’t open/Thursday Thursday before Labor Day Room doors very very heavy

Valet service for parking and check in were courteous and helpful. We agreed and were charged for the early check in fee as we arrived at 1:30. Hallways, elevator and rooms are dates. We had a king bed street facing. Noticed a few empty soft drink bottles on a table near the elevators that were never picked up the entire duration we were there. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant around 7:30 on the Sat night as there was a live band. We were seated right away for waited over ten minutes( actually the band played three songs) and not one server came to take a drink/food order. Not one person. Same by. We got up and left. Not sure how this place makes money when it was a nice August nite, the strip was very busy and you can’t even manage to serve a table for two. Only thing I can recommend is the location of this hotel- beach access is ideal . But that’s it. Very high priced for a very dated and small room with zero service.

The hotel was fine. Hampton beach was a disappointment. Paid parking all over town and also there is only one gas station there.

I was not aware of the $25.00 per night parking fee. I feel that was a bit steep for the guest already paying for a room at the hotel.

Great customer service! We appreciated the friendliness and patience of the staff we interacted with. Having valet service made coming and going much easier, especially when we were carrying things or returning to the hotel after being out for the day. The room was clean, with ample space and a comfortable bed; the rooftop bar was a nice place to spend time, especially because of the atmosphere and views; the cornhole board and the pool were also enjoyable. We loved being able to rent bikes, which was a fun and convenient way to explore the surrounding area. Suggestions for improvement: frequent balcony cleaning or power washing (railings, corners, ceilings, and areas where spiders and webs tend to accumulate); paint touch-ups where outdoor areas are showing wear; frequent dusting, sweeping, and inspection of stairways-particularly in high-traffic areas; and addressing the musty smell in the stairways. I hope these suggestions are taken in positive spirits because the hotel has a beautiful setting and many wonderful qualities that are worth preserving and building upon :)

I really don’t like that. They have valet parking. You’re at the beach you keep your chairs in your car your beach umbrella that you’re not carrying it up to your room and getting a lot of sand in your room the pool the pool whatever they put in that water was so strong it was difficult to remain in the pool area gave me a headache. It turned my granddaughter‘s blonde hair green.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean The sheets were a little scratchy, they ran out of TP the first morning had to buy a roll until they got more! The restaurant ran out of the lobster roll early on Friday night!

This was the first time we stayed there.The staff was excellent friendly and helpful the valet staff was excellent and helpful also room was clean I and the location is excellent. We would rate it a 10. We would definitely stay there again
