Location and housekeeping staff are always very friendly. The attached breakfast cafe is also a plus. I didn't like the rooms on the south side that were close to the rooftop music and bar. But that's just location. It was just noisier this time.

Honestly nothing it’s was a terrible stay Everything terrible setup rooms sucked and now I’m being charged for things I never knew about even after I checked out I was told o weed nothing

The location is unbeatable. Friendly staff. The room was small.

The conveniency of so close to the beach. The cost is not worth the hotel. Sand all in the room including the fold out couch and toilet broken.

The facility was way understaffed at bar/restaurants and couldn't get extra towels and no maid service for our two night stay.

The parking costs and the resort fee were a bit over the top. They wanted $50 for an early check in. Other than that, the location was great, it was clean and we had a very nice room. The restaurant/bar had decent food but the drinks were very weak.

Everything was awesome, except the pullout couch mattress was very uncomfortable. It also had plastic around the mattress and no sheets were provided for it so I bought a blowup mattress and it was far more comfortable. The couch mattress. Plus the fact that its wrapped in plastic which is not really safe. Other than that we had thr best time and all your staff were fantastic. The other thing i would have wanted was a fresh water pool.

Only good thing was proximity to the beach, but the beach is jersey shore ghetto.

The location is great. For whatever reason the cleaning staff did not clean our room while we were there. They said b/c we had the do not disturb sign out near 11am and once they are done cleaning current occupied rooms they do not return. The next couple of days we did not put out the sign at all and they still did not clean the room. The staff in the hallway were very nice and gave us new towels and would take the garbage when asked. The front desk did offer a discount for this inconvenience.
