Location couldn’t be better. Oceanfront balcony was just what I wanted. Our room was on the third floor so being 72 it was a challenge.

The gentleman working the desk was helpful. Very disappointed with this hotel, especially for the price. The room was dirty, extremely small, and not worth what we paid. The TV didn’t work and we had to get assistance to get it working. There were no towels in the room, which should have been provided before we arrived. There was also a large gap around the door which was concerning and made the room feel even less secure. We were only given two pillows, and they were as flat as pancakes—definitely not comfortable. Overall, the room was not clean, comfortable, or adequately equipped for the price. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

It was right off the beach. The pictures online were very deceiving. I didn’t realize this was a hotel above stores on the boardwalk. There was people all over the street near the doors to walk In. I rented two rooms. They were both small and cramped. My room had mold growing on the shower curtain. And the water took five minutes to get warm to shower. The second room had no curtain on the window, and people were able to look into their room. They had a blind but there was pieces bent and broken. Again, people could look in and privacy was not given. The staff were trying to balance work between two different hotels, so when you walked in there typically wasn’t someone at the desk. They had a small camera at the front so they could see when customers came in. It didn’t feel very safe if you asked me.

I was led to believe I was going to have a balcony. I did not have a balcony I was in a 10 x 12 room for $250 a night.. I don’t know if booking.com screwed me over or the hotel. I’m 55 years old and my partner is 60 and we could not turn around in that room without bumping into each other and we had no balcony.. total rip off The room was too small and it had no balcony

Location. Price. Service Carpet was dirty. If you walked with bare feet or socks they were dirty when you crossed the room. Needed to be shampooed.

The location .. ocean front Walked in saw 25 stairs 2 landings wasn’t expecting this at all I have a bad knee so this was definitly not in any of the advertisements so walking in an out as much as we did I was in so much pain ..also the balcony had no devider so there was no privacy an the other 2 Neighbers were out there smoking which is fine but I don’t smoke the place said NO SMOKING !!! The bathroom had a shower only it was standing room only as well as toilet was located right by the sink .refrigerator was old as the hills no door on top freezer to secure freezer part so drinks froze an exploded in fridge also fridge was rusty in plain English this place is not modernized in any way at all .. there was a very musty mold smell soon as you walked in room we tried to spend as much time outdoors as we could so we didn’t have to deal with the smell .. definitely won’t go back there or recommend to any one I know !!! The person at desk wasn’t there much there’s a bell you ring an he comes from the next door hotel they also own .. the parking they say is included was a joke you have to walk a block an half to some side alley parking were your car is crammed into a space none of this is explained in the ad to let you know what your walking into .. I’m sure I’m forgetting a lot ..there was a floor board on the balcony that was coming up but soon as you step onto balcony there was no way to avoid it .. they did fix this while we were out but I had already step into it so the twisted ankle didn’t help .. had a great time at the show at the Casino but was happy to head home in morning ..

I liked that it was close tot he beach I did not sleep at all. I might as well have been on the floor. The bed was hard as a rock, truly needs to be replaced. Barely any pillows or blankets, the room was basically 100sqft. It was hot as hell when I got there because the ac hadn’t been on.

Loved the location and view from the balcony The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable.
-
Front desk was covering 2 different locations so you had to wait for them to show up. Parking was not near hotel.

Room includes a bed and a bathroom. We didn't need anything more than that so when comparing prices in the area, this was perfect. Parking is a lot down the side street. It is made for small/mid-size cars and is accessible to guests before check in time (just check with front desk for a parking pass). For a one night stay after a show, the hotel was just right. If you are looking for a longer stay on the beach, the location is perfect but you may want more space.
