Pleasant staff. Nice heated pool. Awesome breakfast! I was on second floor and there was no elevator. Had a hard time getting my luggage upstairs

Conveniently placed on main road. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was ample. Several restaurants nearby though we didn't use one. We had a flight out of Boston the next day so it wasn't too far to travel.

The location was great, right on Rt. 1. The rooms looked recently updated and were very clean and bright. The English speaking staff were helpful, a little bit of a language barrier on the cleaning staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was a complete disaster. Home fries were hard and overcooked. Scrambled eggs were little BB's that you had to chase around you plate. Sausage were fine to me but, I heard a lot of elderly people complaining about how spicey they were. Bagels, toast and english muffins were fresh except the toaster needed a lot of adjustment. I had to put an english muffin thru 5 times to get any kind of browning. It still needed a few more tries but I gave up. Milk was in a shared pouring container that everyone touched. I couldn't understand why there wasn't any individualized milk containers. The eating area was very clean and comforting. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but, I won't be in a hurry to go back.

The breakfast options were amazing. Make your own waffles, and every topping you can imagine. Plus fresh eggs, bacon or sausage. And yummy home fries! Never could get enough.

After driving 11 hours and getting to the hotel at 4am. They gave my room to someone else after I booked this room at the beginning of July and tried to give me a room that didn't have a balcony, I specifically paid extra for in booking, for the same amount of money as the room with a balcony. Then I had to wait 3 hours for a manager to get there because the over night desk person couldn't do anything. I will not ever book a best western again.
