Slept well. No batteries in our tv remote, couldnt use the TV. Jacuzzi never heated up.
-
Bed way to high for a handicapped person! Also toilet way to low. Bathroom very small and hard for handicapped person to get up. Shower was inside a tub so handicapped person unable to use. Breakfast was wonderful! Very dark around property at night

One night overnight. Check in was seamless. Excellent customer service. The rooms are large, older but well taken care of.
-
Quiet! Easy access to the main highway. Good restaurant very nearby. Good place to overnight while traveling west. I would stay there again if I was passing through.
-
Staff were kind, respectful of time and responsive. Cleanliness was half-hearted (spots on mirrors/around trash cans in the room etc).
-
Old property with no recent updates and poor maintenance. Fragrance sprays didn’t cover up the strong mildew smells, elevators felt and sounded like they were going to crash every time you used them, poor monotone no eye contact reception at front desk. Cannot say anything good about it. Very disappointed

This hotel needs an update. A good cleaning would help. Not a comfortable night's stay at all.

The common areas of the hotel seemed nice enough and staff on duty was fine. Though our room wasn't visably unclean, there was a strong musty odor (mold maybe?) that was pretty hard to ignore. It was hard for me to breathe, therefore, I didn't sleep well. The next morning, the door stuck a little, maybe due to swelling from moisture? To be fair, we got in after 11 pm, exhauted from driving, so didn't complain to give the staff the opportunity to offer another room.

Old needs up-dated, the fabric on the arm chair, desk chair and bench was filthy. There was mold around the bath light fixture. Would not stay there again

Gave all indications that a nice hotel was purchased with no updates or improvements done since. The carpet on the first floor, near the laundry room, was loose and wrinkled. Turning on the desk lamp in the room, dust snowed down to the desk. The bathroom sink faucet was grimy, like it had never been wiped down. The toilet ran all night long, about every 20 minutes. The coffee dispenser in the breakfast area was not working. The lobby was nice, but that apparently was only lipstick covering up a lot of issues.

Where to start.., the hotel looks like it USE TO BE nice, now it’s run down, dirty, hot tub is not hot, room was so hot cuz air is shut off, hotel HAD a bar area that looks so cute and nice but obviously not in use anymore. looks like it’s owned by someone that tries to do all the work, laundry and maintenance them selves and living on a cheap budget cuz can’t keep up with the work of it all. Won’t be coming bad here nor do i recommend.
