Although a breakfast was offered, there was no flavored creamer for coffee, its the only thing I look forward to is my coffee and having no flavored creamer as an option was disappointing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows a bit to full and not soft. The A/C was hard to adjust and the room felt cold and damp despite adjustments.

There was a foul smell in the room (we think it was because of the AC unit/humidity. Also whoever cleaned the room left the dirty tissue box on the sink (didnt replace it with a new tissue box)

Breakfast and location were fine. Typical hotel continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles.... Room smelled of mold and family was all affected with respiratory issues after sleeping there one night. Staff offered another room on a different floor but it also smelled of mold. Speaking with other guests the next morning and they had the same experience. Had to leave early and find another hotel to finish our stay.

After checking in, we were assigned to a room that has a dirty bathroom with left over stuff from the previous guests. We were moved to another room with no towels, I still have to go down again to the reception area and asked for towels. And the toilet flush handle was broken, so inconvenient!

Room maintenance was questionable with a commode constantly running. Also waited several minutes for front desk personnel and finally had to return later.

Close to elevator which was good. The shower was moldy. Terrible water pressure in shower head. Kind of humid in room. Didn’t get a good night sleep.

I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled immediately and during length of shower. Black shower mold along the shower trimming. I called hours before arrival to notify of late arrival and to double check that the room was clean and in good working order as I had driven straight for over 13 hours with my child and would not be able to switch rooms. I was told the room was clean and everything was in good working order. When I attempted to call front desk from room that evening, the phone did not work. Finally able to call before check-out, before 7am. I am very disheartened that no one even bothered to call, no refund was made, and all I was send was a survey.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel felt safe and peaceful. We also appreciated the convenient location right off I-95, the ample parking, and the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day before getting back on the road. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good. The lobby also had ice cream and snacks. It was quiet and I did not hear any noise from the hall or adjoining rooms. The hotel looks to be relatively new. There was a faint smell of mothballs but it wasn’t a deal breaker

The hotel was clean and well kept. It still seemed new even tho it’s about 3 years old. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast. The caulking in the bathroom was moldy and torn up in certain spots and needed to be replaced with fresh caulk. Other than that, the bathroom was great.

Property was 2 minutes from I-95, very clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was good and staff were all very helpful.
