The room was clean and neat , my only issue was upon arrival the automatic door would not open! Other than that the stay was great

the lobby ice maker was out of commission and the ice maker in my room refrigerator did not work.

Ice machine was not working. We were encouraged to use the ice maker in the fridge in the room. We did but there wasn’t very much ice. Toilet was constantly running when we first got there. By the end of the two night stay there was no water pressure when flushing the toilet.

Great value for the price, only stayed 1 night but was much less than other "name" brand hotels in Hastings and is just as nice.

The property and room was very clean. We always enjoy staying here when passing through Hastings. They even let us check out late.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We made use of the kitchenette within the room. The handle on the toilet had to be pushed back up to the starting position to prevent the water from running continuously.

It was great quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly restaurants, and stores nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here downside there is no pool or hot tub.

The room was very clean and organized. I didn’t expect to pay for laundry as I haven’t at other hotels. Thankfully was able to find and exchange cash for quarters in order to use it. Our showers our second night were cold. I understand a number of people were likely using them but I’ve never had that happen in a hotel. Usually the heater is large enough.

Will be staying again. Everything was perfect. Nothing I would change!

We checked in and went to the room we were assigned and someone was in that room. It was already occupied by someone else. So we got a different room but it only had one bed and we had four people. They gave us a rolled in bed for that night. The next night we got switched to a double bed room so we had to move all of our stuff. The ice machine was broken. The staff was apologetic and did what they could but overall not the best experience.
