Luxury Inn By Hotel O Hattiesburg, MS

Room was roach infested, bed bugs and there was dog poop under the sink upon arrival. The linen was filthy, comforter stained. This was by far the worst hotel ever. Area ok, but the guest were sketchy as well. Expedia, remove this from your site as it is inhumane. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The hotel seemed to be abandoned. There was no lights and no one was staying there. Couldn’t check in, no one came to the window

I've stayed at a few cheap motels in my days the place needs to be condemned old mixed matched furniture,the sheets and blankets were old with cigarette burns,the towels looked like they had been used to wash car tires the curtains were dirty, they brought a microwave that was filthy inside he brought a TV remote didn't work the windows were made of cheap plywood these two motels Luxury and Star are the same owners both are disgusting rundown slums don't get tricked by the advertising it's false

Terrible, filthy, scary and dangerous. I didn’t even stay. I had to call police because of the excessive loitering and screaming and cussing going on. They said they would never let their own family stay there. Because of the scary environment, the police stayed so I get safely leave the premises

It was full of animal they change me 3 times of room n it was like a horror movie

There was no number to call. After about 5 minutes we decided to go to motel 6 and pay for a room there. We never did stay at this place and in next morning did not see any guest from that night. See previous comment

I read reviews and thought it can't be that bad. It was worse. No light over outdoor stairwell. Floors needed vacuum. Window drapes were torn. No chair in the room, if you wanted to sit it was on the bed. There was a TV not plugged in so I don't know if it worked and no remote. Worse of all were the roaches. They were everywhere. Saving a little money was not worth it.

No contact method, cancelled my check in record and drown money from my bank account otherwise I have check in and paid cash

I didn’t like anything the first room we got the water didn’t get hot the room didn’t look worth 90 something dollars for a night however they did switch us to another room and in that room the water didn’t even work so we had to go again a third time switching rooms they wouldn’t give us a refund the 3rs room the water finally work and got hot the room was still not worth the money but I was so tired for walking to different rooms which was on opposite ways so we had to walk a distance so we decided to just attempt to try sleep we left as soon as daylight hit

Staff was great. Everything went good. It’s just an older hotel. It’s not in bad condition and the price is very good for the area
