Staff were absolutely fantastic

The hotel was wonderfully, kept up, clean, and updated well. The continental breakfast was just OK.. We would stay here again if ever through the area.

I would of liked to have a do not disturb tag for my room. breakfast was good but couldn't find any water, would of liked so more choices for beverages

It was a convenient location in our travels There was no hot tub despite it being advertised

Quiet rooms. Bad service. Stayed two days. Refused to give me a do not disturb sign. Didn’t let me have a say whether they could come in the room. No safe for valuables.

Location was good. The air wasn't working properly. There was an odd smell throughout the building, like mildew, very musty smelling.

Past the weed smell in the hallways, the hotel room was clean. The only issue was the ac wasn’t the greatest, but we didn’t mention to the hotel staff. We stay at this hotel we come home to visit family. Very convenient location.

The breakfast could use an upgrade, but for the price, all was good. Room on 3rd floor very quiet & comfortable. Would stay there again.

The property was clean and close to the highway.

While the room was clean, it had horrible mold odor. We did see spots on the wall by the sink that appeared to be moldy. May not consider staying there as we make our return trip home.

I want to preface this by saying that I was at the property for less than 45 minutes, so my opinion is as limited as it is biased in that I found it to be so appalling that I had to leave quickly. First, the parking lot is littered with food (chicken/bones), beer cans, and people -- groups of people hanging out as well as people smoking outside and others, who, I think, were exchanging information for "entertaining" purposes. I had my dog with me and one group of people asked me if wanted to sell him or race him. ... Second, the property itself was not what I would consider acceptable. There was a terrible smell throughout the property, disgustingly dirty -- the key (and the paper envelope it was provided to me in) was dirty -- with some red substance which could have been food, I do not know. The elevator was a terrifying ride. The guests were screaming/fighting and all I could hear was that and the loud noises of the tvs. The room -- was something. The refrigerator had a large 12+ in crack over the top of it, the towels were visibly stained and smelled so bad, and all of the furniture had some level of staining. The last straw were the roaches on the wall in the bathroom. At that point I had just had enough and decided to leave. As I placed my key card on the desk the attendant asked me if I was checking in. Did he not remember me from just a little while earlier? No, he did not. Save yourself the trouble and the money unless this sounds like your kind of experience.

Room was super clean and not dated. Beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was good. 10 out of 10 staff, super friendly and accommodating.

Stay here if you wanna get trashed in the parking lot and stay up all night listening to music! The rooms were decently clean. Hard to sleep with everything going on outside every night. The parking lot is awful to get into. Air conditioner kinda worked. Elevator is scary. Not terrible but not good for business stays or families.

We cut our losses and left. Booked a different place. The driveway to get into the place goes straight through a crowded Love’s truck stop.
