The homie that is balasted in the front desk I think he’s the manager name is Bryan homeboy is really professional and helpful definitely will stay here again

We paid for early check in and went up and the room was still being cleaned. Housekeeping said would be another hour. Had to go back down stairs to be assigned another room. Strangers walked in to our room with a key. Front desk assigned same room to 2 people. Not even an apology. Super safety issue. None of the ice machines worked. Overflowing trash outside front door. Front desk staff was not friendly, seemed put off when you asked them anything. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The stay was terrible. Checked in on a Tuesday and room was not cleaned until Friday after repeatedly asking daily for the room to be cleaned.

Coffee was never made in lobby. Always had to ask…left day early and refused to give refund of day

not really a complaint, more a heads up? we were there for warped weekend and i don’t think their breakfast service was ready for the amount of people😂😂 overall an amazing stay and wonderful staff! 18 mins from warped tour location, so it worked great

Clean room but allowed to be very loud in the halls well past midnight, even with the front desk notified. They advertise "quiet night's sleep" but it was quite the opposite. Super frustrating since we had to get up at 5AM for my daughter's competition.

Milk rotten/ need improve on breakfast.

Hotel cancelled my room before I checked in WITHOUT any notice. I had to rebook a room for 1 night, then change rooms and was then charged for a different room. We left for the day and came back to our key card not working and ALL of our belongings shoved into garbage bags in the lobby and someone else in our room. NO one notified us of this and just moved all of our stuff. There is definitely lack of communication from the team here and a lack of professionalism. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but not contacting multiple times for changes seems absurd.

I stayed for one night only just to sleep. It did the job. Elevator smelled like someone was hotbox’n for an hour the stench of marijuana was strong, when I got in the elevator to go to my room. Slept for several hours till the next morning and on my way out it was still heavy. Staff was pleasant.

Old and not well cared for

There was a Capri Sun behind the bed, the sink didn't drain (literally at all), the toilet seat slid around and the interior really needs a lot of work. Feels like the cheapest renovations just to make it appear newer but no attention paid to the bones. The coffee was also terrible 😞 If I had anything nice to say... I guess the beds were decently comfortable.

Trash. They woke me up at 2:00 a.m. thinking I had a room full of teenagers. Monday morning there was no hot breakfast because the guy was sleeping in the breakfast lobby

Also I asked for a bathroom towel and hours later I when to the reception to get it myself. TV remote control , be very patient with it or you will be stack on first channel that TV will show you. One more thing, room key, I don’t know what to tell you. So frustrated. And my night booking was $234.89. I wish I could have my money back

The coffee maker was broke, so no coffee provided in the lobby or at breakfast. She had to use the coffee maker in your room. We asked two or three times to have a chair for the desk in the room and it never happened. When you first arrived, they gave us a room that was never cleaned towels on the bathroom crumbs everywhere on the floor. There is no pool and from what I understood there was a hot tub, but there was really no Son and it was blocked by two walls, one of the neighbors and the wall of the hotel. It is privately owned and how they got their franchise. I’m not sure how that happens but the cleansing is not up to standards in some of the other La Quinta that we stayed in.

Other guests went door knocking the whole night. We thought one of the instances we are going to get forced entry robery. A stand by security should help.

Last week, the breakfast was not a good experience. There was no coffee available for two days, due to the coffee maker not working. Then, the third day, coffee was available, but it was not hot. There was no yogurt available. The scrambled eggs were not all that good. One morning, there was a string of hair in one of the sausages. Also, there were no towel racks in the bathroom for us to hang our towels on. However, the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was great for where our event was located. It was quiet and quaint. The only negative and not much of a negative is the breakfast was the same everyday it would have been good to have bacon one of those days instead of sausage so many days in a row. Other than that it was good and the staff were super helpful. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Beds were dirty
