Quality Inn Hayti North

The room had paint peeling from the ceiling. The shower head was dirty and the shower curtain looks as if it has not been changed in a long time. The place is not the cleanest. The staff clean up the rooms well but the rooms and hotel overall are very outdated. Breakfast was poor

Was not happy at all. Dead bolt on door didn’t work. It was 90 degrees when we got there and the pool wasn’t open. It wasn’t even ready to be opened for the season. There was an electrical outlet without a cover

There were small ants in the bedroom area, on the sink counter in the bathroom. I only brought one bag into the room, and it had an ant in it when I woke up this morning. When I got in the car, I felt something crawling on my arm, and it was an eraser top size black bug. I smacked it off my arm, and have no idea where it came from. Now I'm worried about bed bugs. Took a hot shower as soon as my 7 hour trip home was complete. None of my luggage with clothes, etc came into the bedroom with me. I will never stay there again, and is Hotels,com willing to do any kind of reimbursement?

The property needs some updates. We had to shut the air unit off during the night, it made a loud noise. You get what you pay for. Not sure we will be back.

Breakfast was sparse. The milk was sour. There was no attendant. It’s a decent room for the price.

VERY run down and needing SERIOUS renovations!! No exaggeration, paint falling off ceiling, holes worn in grungy old couch, half the cushion missing off the seat of the desk chair, cigarette burns in the comforter, just list just goes on!! As far as clean, nope! Mirror was dirty, floor was dirty, furniture was dirty, clean towels were dirty… This hotel charges your credit card $50 for incidentals… SERIOUSLY?!? What could I possibly do to this room to worsen the condition of it?? Hands down the grossest place we’ve ever seen..

Overall cleanliness was lacking. Toilet not cleaned. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing…no coffee ready nor available creamer. Property was quiet but overall disappointed and won’t stay there again

I didn't like that they pillows came up short, instead of them replacing worn pillows they rolled them up into a pillow case..

We were originally put in a room that smelled , tv didn't work, I tried to call office phone didn't work. I had call through my cellphone. They changed our room which was better but still n ot the best. We had breakfast at 8. Eggs and sausages were cold even in the warmer.

I would sleep in my car before I'd ever recommend this hotel. I checked in, saw the room, and left. Not clean at all!

Available Water didn’t get hot in shower

The staff was great, very clean rooms, great tv,nice breakfast selections.
