It's convenient to where I was going Check in was different. I was asked how much I paid (I booked on line) so they could charge tax. Then the room was not ready yet it was still being cleaned and it was 4:30! At least after I paid the TAX I received the key but I had to be at a meeting so I left without getting luggage into the room or changing clothes I had worn all day driving there!

Parking and having a first floor room availability. Not enough pillows and towels when it was requested in advance.

Floor was disgusting. The room was very aged. I should have looked at the room first before paying.

The location I did not like how dirty the room was. There was cigarette holes in the sheets hair on the towels. Water did not get hot. Bathroom was dirty. The room was just not clean at all.

the room was clean cause a disabled person the made me go up stairs its ok though

I hated it. They was so rude and room so dirty had roaches and bed bugs..and lady at deck was doing drugs inside office and stealing my personal information

I like the staff here. They work with you as much as they are able to. The manager however ....

good price and quality ratio sometimes other guests are noisy

The room is always nice and clean The shower doesn't get got enough and it cost more at check-in then my price shown online

I left my contact information for a manager to call me and discuss, have yet to receive that call. Front desk employee was sweet but couldn't really help.

It is near where I have to go. I had asked for a handicap room but no handicap room available but I did get a room downstairs which was okay.

Price I paid Hotel needs remodeling. Higher gate needed in back of hotel. I saw a man climb the gate as I was parking after I checked in. Wrecked cars parked for days. Not a good look for hotel.

Room smelled like cigarettes, was a little softer than a sheet of plywood, pillows were lumpylike they were washed a million time, had to pay for ice and no hoT water.

The worker told me their records show "there was an issue with your last visit and after tonight, you cannot book another stay here." I had no idea what she was talking about. My prior visit went fine,no problems. That's why I was returning. I was so humiliated that I did not stay. I really don't know why she told me I was unwelcome.

Nothing No breakfast. Location totally sucked. Sheets and blanket were dirty with burn holes. Floor was disgusting. It had roaches crawling all around
