Rooms is clean I was surprised with that. Front desk not very friendly (ViVi) Overall clean sheets and housekeeping does a good job.

Nothing Everything

Orange juice at breakfast was warm. Fridge in room didn't work. Fingerprints on window glass and walls. Cable TV didn't work. They gave me another room which was better.

Hotel was right off the Interstate. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Signage to get into the parking lot was very unclear. Then again when we went to leave, signs were very poorly marked. Breakfast was very simple.

As the saying goes, it’s not the Ritz. But it’s surprisingly clean and well-maintained. Most of the time when I do work trips, a hotel is booked in my boss’s corporate account. In this case, I was working for myself and paying out of pocket so I decided to try to save some money. I didn’t know what to expect but the ratings were good and the price was right. The lady at the desk when I checked in was very nice and helpful - and she said I smelled good. I like a firm bed and that’s what I got. Would totally stay here again.

Staff was helpful in moving us to a different room promptly when our toilet was not flushing. Toilet did not flush and had to be moved to a new room. Hotel itself is very run down and not very clean. Stains on just about everything. Breakfast was a small selection of just waffles and a toast or bagel as warm options, orange juice was extremely watery, didn't matter because my family couldn't eat because all the waffle mix and options were gone or down to bare by 6:30, only 30 mins after breakfast starts. My partner was confronted in the hallway twice by aggressive dogs that lunged at him when trying to get things from the car. They also charged 100 damage deposit to my card when I checked in when all of the information for their hotel states that the deposit is 50.
