Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas/Henderson

This place has always been good to me and my kids when we come to visit. Love the indoor pool and the manager is awesome!

The staff at checkout was nice and polite. The amenities of the Hawthorne window are very outdated. You can smell mildew throughout their construction going on the sinks run the toilet didn’t flush. The property should not be considered a hotel. What you book online is false advertisement your room does not match what is shown. The staff is helpful the property it’s very outdated and needs a deep cleaning. The rugs in the hallway are all soiled and stain. The computer chairs in the room are just nasty.

Have stayed here many times over the years. We were shocked at the lack of maintenance inside and out.

The bed was very comfortable and crisp and clean. The carpet in the building are horrible, filthy. In room carpet very dirty. Not sure if they believe in hiring a professional carpet cleaner but it would REALLY make a difference. There was black mold in the bathroom behind popped off tiles at the base of the tub, bleach would probably kill that. The breakfast spread was good.

Breakfeste average. Room was quite. Location for us great. This place was disgusting dirty, carpet stained, dishwasher clogged, dishes dirty, no light in the kitchen. Told the staff... didnt care. Very outdated.Smells bad

I requested a room on the first floor knee surgery and we checked in @3pm got a room on the second floor. The room was duty, carpet, chair, curtains and the faucet on the tub was leaking all the time. The fridge sealed was broken so the fridge won’t not close all the way.

The complimentary breakfast was fine.

Hotel had everything I beeded

Big comfortable bed. A/C kept the room comfortable and the refrigerator kept drinks at a good temperature. Dirty hallway carpets. Orange juice at breakfast was watery.

Location, breakfast, coffee always available it seems Shower headed cleaning and had to use a toilet plunger as maintenance was gone for the day.

The rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The pool area is nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

I was able to stay here on a last minute reservation when my flight home was canceled. The hotel needs to be updated, but the staff was good. Room was clean and they gave me an upgrade at no extra charge. I did not feel super safe as my room was on the main floor and the windows opened to a gravel parking lot. Overall it was okay. I personally would not stay there again, but I was grateful to have a place to stay.

The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. I'm sorry for them having to work in such a filthy environment. The tiles in the bathroom had many cracks. When I walked into the bathroom with flip flops, I left dirty footprints on the floor. The light covers in the bathroom were missing. In general, yuck!!!
