Breakfast　is　good I　requested　ａ　receipt　at　checkout They　said　they　would　send　it　by　email　 A　month　has　passed　and　I　still　havent received the receipt . Please send it quickly

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was really dirty and disappointing. Elevator wasn’t working and send to 3rd floor. Definitely not going back. Didn’t sleep there was too scary.

Not much to like here Would not recommend to stay. Travelers beware. Pictures are deceiving! This place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!! The carpets are filthy, the tile floors are sticky and the rooms are smelly. Bums sleeping behind the Gas Station which is really located in front of the reception area of the hotel. We did not feel like our truck and belongings were safe and secure in the parking lot and the parking lot lights do not come on until well after sunset. The night staff is not very friendly or welcoming . Breakfast? Well at 7am not much breakfast left, staff had not restocked the danish tray, potatoes ,eggs or sausages So we waited and rechecked it for breakfast at 7:30 am, I asked the front desk staff lady to see if anymore were available and she tried to ask the women who was working the breakfast area unfortunately she did not speak English and could not understand what was needed and just stood there shaking her head. Although, I wonder if based on the overall unsanitary conditions any hot food would be safe to eat. DOGS! $ 25.00 per night. We were traveling with our pet and there is not an area for pets to go to potty! I asked the night staff guy where to take my dog and he said, Oh just take her along the the sidewalk in the bushes beside where people park. I hate to say it, but this place feels like they cater to Hookers and Addicts. Much like speigal suites.

NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS GOOD We were greed with a very rude front stuff. First charging $50 for early check in. We were willing to pay the $50 but then She proceeded to direct us to see a plastic stand with a notice of having none serving elevator. While only room available was on the 3rd floor. I have a back n knee injury and that would have aggravated my pain. She was very rude and said she was going to cancel our room.

The location of this hotel was good. Hot tub couldn't be used by my boyfriend and me due to several young girls "taking over" the entire pool area. The staff was friendly but not helpful with the issue my boyfriend and I experienced. We stayed with the hotel for 9 nights due to our being on business, but the first 3 nights were horrendously terrible due to noise by unruly young girls on the second floor. The girls were running up and down the hallway and banging on doors until 3:30am - yes, 3:30 in the MORNING! We contacted the hotel staff & manager and out of my 8 emails, phone calls & complaints the manager left me a voice message just ONCE. And the message didn't even address my complaints. Now she has ignored the rest of my messages. Also, the mini refrigerator in the room went out and all off our food went bad (we were trying to save money by eating in the room) and the hotel desk clerk upon our checking out said the manager reimbursed us $25.00 for our food going bad. I was pleasantly happy about that however as of today (which is 14 days later) my credit card has NOT been refunded as was promised. For other travelers please beware. I have never had this much trouble in one hotel before.

I still give the property 4 stars and would stay there again.

I liked it was conveniently located right next to gas station so when I was leaving it was right there to get on the road again. I like the complimentary breakfast made it so convenient. And loved the coffee pot in the room. I use my own mushroom coffee and brought it with. Thank You It was quiet and in a good area

carpet was old and smelly in our room AND entire property. Staff were nice and polite. But this hotel felt as one of the neglected ones in this huge corporate hotel chain. Breakfast was good.

The staff were polite and helpful, however, the smell in room was unpleasant. It had a stale smell mixed with urine smell. I had to get an air freshner spray from the dollar tree across the road to surpress the smell. I spoke to the receptionist and she said they could not change my room as the hotel was fully booked and room service was closed for the day. 😢
