M Resort Spa Casino

Beautiful property away from the strip but close enough to uber there if you like. The mio spa was wonderful and my room was spacious and very clean. Would stay again !

Nice big room with a decent view but every time I book through Expedia, the hotel gives me the worst rooms. This time they put me on the second floor overlooking the 1st floor roofline.

It was awesome experience. Will prefer to go again

The only thing was that cost me so much was the conditioner rack on the floor where I didn't expect to have them on the floor before entering the store, and it damaged my shoes :((( But everything else was wonderful!

Restaurants and room service were great. Spa is lovely. Had facials. Room size okay, but need updates. Not very clean. Mold in corners and floor in shower. Sink tops not fully cleaned. Pool area okay, but only place we’ve ever stayed where you have to pay $20-$35 per person per day just to use the pool. Crazy considering you already pay a $45.59 daily resort fee. That fee includes fitness center, but not pool. You can access pool without charge only on days you purchase a spa treatment. Had a couple of staff issues. We checked in at 3:30, 30 minutes after designated check in time and were told they had no deluxe king rooms with strip view which is what we paid for. They only had a room on second floor with queen beds and a pool view- not what we paid for. Or, they could put us in a room in another building with two queen beds. They said we could upgrade to a suite at an additional cost. We said we were not okay with two queen beds. After standing there for 5 minutes watching these two women whisper, they said a room with a king bed was just released and available. Not sure if they were waiting for us to agree to pay for an upgrade or what. Then, at spa checkout, we mentioned we were seniors & qualified for the 25% discount we were told about when we called to book treatments. They said only if we have one of their Penn casino cards, but I asked about that at scheduling and was told not necessary. We’re local so we got that discount, but not the 25%. Disappointing overall.

Rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds. Quiet. No Coffee Maker!! Some of the bars closed early for a Friday night even though they were packed-? Front desk was very friendly. Security also very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the M. The staff was friendly, restaurants were nice and the casino was clean and smelled smoke free. It’s worth staying off the strip when staying at such a beautiful resort.

Everything about this property is amazing from the pool to the food to the rooms!!! Only issue was we went for a pool party and there weren’t that many exits to get out of the pool to get into the casino.

Don't come here. Pool music is too loud, elevator music too loud, casino music too loud.. You will not win here. Reward are half of what is published. Games are old. Staff and cleaners the only thing things pleasent. Bottle water $5 dollars for one.

We stayed in the modern tower and had thr best stay! Room was spacious & clean with a beautiful strip view. Room felt like luxury with comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. The resort was pretty & clean with awesome restaurants. Meril was our top fave for dinner & breakfast. Lots of raider memorabilia if youre a Raiders fan. Was fun to see it all and hang there. Would definitely stay here again.
