M Resort Spa Casino

We have never stayed The M before. I informed the front desk upon check in. She didn't give me a run down of the amenities, or at least a brochure. I ended up just researching everything. I told them about my Expedia VIP status and they said they couldn't do anything. That it didn't mean anything to them. I abooked it through Expedia because it said they valued Expedia customers. Next time I will book as a local and safe myself the embarrassment of weven asking,

The rooms were clean, the pool was relaxing and the view was amazing

One of the best things I liked was how clean and nice my room was and the view also clean casino parking access was great all in all I had a great experience and I will make the M my place to stay when I’m in Vegas and I will be back very soon thank you

Excellent resort to stay at. The amenities are perfect. Close enough to the strip but far enough from the crowds. I will definitely stay again.

Unexpectedly great. Away from the craziness of the main part of the strip but not lacking the amenities. Will come here again. My new favorite!!

Bed was very comfortable & in room dining was great. Beautiful room & bathroom. Loved our stay!

Good resort. Great room with a great strip view. Beer was $3.25 for a bottle. Need I say more? Lol

The M is a holiday inn dressed up in its Sunday best. The physical appearance is that of a very nice, even luxurious hotel. However, throughout my stay, I was reminded that it is not a luxury hotel/resort. The sink hot water was a little murky. I could hear people in the hallways and parking lot (second floor room). Shower water was good temp but water pressure was average. The mattress sinks to the middle. The towels were noticeably not soft. I appreciate the free parking and that the front desk provided toothpaste after I forgot mine, but I expected the quality of the stay to match the beautiful appearance of the resort and room.

Great hotel but inconsistent room cleans and rude staff.

The hotel is one of the cleanest, modern and high class hotels in Las Vegas. The casino staff, waiters and waitresses are very helpful and friendly. The pool and front desk staff were surprisingly not as friendly nor helpful. This is the second time we stay at this property in 10 days. On the checkout day we called and asked for 30min later checkout (i.e. at 11:30am) and not only did the front desk lady refused, but she also came to our hotel room and knocked at 11:10am just as we’re heading out with an unfriendly attitude to make sure we are leaving! 😳

I was also a bit annoyed that there was no in-room coffee maker.

Clean, Modern, Sleek, and Smells wonderful in the Lobby and entrance even with smoking. Only drawback for me was no coffee maker in the room.

We loved our stay at the M resort! Rooms were so clean, nice, and really big. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The bar in the middle of the casino was fabulous! Overall a great stay and would love to come back!

Very nice resort, beautiful well maintained room that were spacious i would say, west tower at least. Complementary Valet, and free parking which honestly is so nice not having another nightly fee. Pool was also great, watching the WC and grabbed a drink by the poolside. There are a variety of restaurants and nothing outrageous, price wise. I was surprised. Will be coming back here again if I want to be away from the strip but still get that resort feel and a fraction of the cost.

The property was clean. The house keeper did a great job cleaning and upkeep of room. The front desk staff finally got our reservation fixed after some negotiations. They gave our original room away and we had to beg to get a room with 2 beds. The room we got was hot and the bed was not really that comfortable. There was construction in lobby.

Clean, pool area, easy check in and check out I don’t think the swimsuit attire for pool area is appropriate for guests with small children. The check in process at the pool is a little aggressive, I witnessed a guest say he purchased his beverage (closed Red Bull) at their store, he wasn’t allowed to bring it without receipt.

By far the best Vegas trip we have had.

One of the best views of Las Vegas. Our room was fantastic.
