Residence Inn By Marriott Las Vegas/Green Valley

Clean and large room with a kitchenette. The breakfast was good, fresh and had good options. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I usually dont do reviews but the conditions of this property was not up to Marriott standards for me. The room stunk. I stayed in room 239. The bedroom suite with sleeper loafers. When walking it stinks. The carpets need to be replaced and sleeper sofa thrown out. There was dog hair all over it and pretty scratched up. The lights in the bedroom did not work which wasnt really a big deal but you can tell staff doesnt pay attention to detail. The room has roaches. There was baby roaches on the table and we killed 2 roaches that were on the wall. One of the bathrooms fixtures need to tighten up so that the water doesnt keep running after turning it off. The set up is nice the bed is comfortable but the room needs to be exterminated and cleaned with disinfectant. Also dogs should not be allowed in these rooms there should certain rooms for dogs. The breakfast area was okay but food nasty. I do want to point out when we checked in I didnt get the lady name but she has red spots on her face was very friendly and when our room was not ready at checkin she gave complimentary water and chips which I thought was really nice.

The size of the property and the size of the room. It was in a good location to where we needed to be for our stay. House keeping didn’t come daily, to freshen up the room. We stayed 2 nights

Large room, kitchenette, desk. comfortable bed. breakfast good with usual assortment of hot and cold dishes. Be aware, hotel is in the flight path for the airport and there were low flying planes most of the evening. We were tired so we slept, but it can be noisy.

Room clean- typical residence inn breakfast- the staff was attentive I had a small dog and thank goodness there were places for him to go. The pet area wasn’t kept up and we know people can be negligent to pick up after their own dog!

It was a good experience. I only wish we would have known about how the parking was going to work. We were charged separately. Other than the parking, everything was enjoyable.

No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay.

Superb

The facility was very nice although there were a couple of things in the suite that needed improvement. The icemaker in the refrigerator was broken and poured water into the frig soaking some restaurant leftovers. The closet doors in both bedrooms did not work easily or well. The floor tile that goes up the side of the wall a short distance was broken and stuck out from the wall a bit (in the south bathroom). Otherwise the room was comfortable, the pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast was good (although my grandchildren were disappointed that there were only waffles on Saturday). See comment above for both good and not so good.

One night stay but we liked the room and felt very comfortable and enjoyed our night. Everyone fit comfortably and we had no issues in our room.

Great facility. Our particular room had an issue with shower hot water as it took upwards of 10-15 minutes for it to get hot. Other than that, very satisfied
