The hotel had no hot water. We were informed about it ONLY after the receptionist, Jordi took our passport. So dishonest. He assured us that if we decide to leave, our refund would be processed within 5 business days. After two weeks nothing. Calling the hotel, I was informed that I have to go after my money, calling the booking agent. Dishonest transaction from start to finish!

Room I paid for had a balcony; when I arrived, they said they don't have any and will change my room the next day when a balcony room is available. It was late and I was like ok. The first room I walk in all I could hear was like super loud running water, found out the toilet didn't work after my husband had urinated in it. Had to change my room to a better room which was fine, just the carpet needed cleaning and the couch had stains. Other than that the room was nice and bed was nice, I loved the amenites like the Dove bodywash, shampoo etc. The next day they gave me room 1001 with the balcony, I felt like I walked into a hot sauna, then I was told all the rooms with balcony is hot due to the sun. I declined that room. I just stayed in room 719 with no balcony, stained couch and dirty carpet.

Parking was the best thing. Free and u can always find a space.

Stayed 2 nights, NO HOT WATER. I arrived a little after 1am, to be told upon arrival that there was NO HOT WATER and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They claimed to have tried calling me, but "my number in the system appeared as 111-111-1111". Which is false because all my contact information was required in order to make a reservation and included on my profile. They could have sent an email too, but didn't. For accommodations they offered free breakfast, 30% off the booking, or to leave. Unfortunately it was 1 am, been up for 20 hours, had a 4 hour drive, no hotels available in the area, so I had no choice but to stay here. Disappointed because I've stayed her plenty of times over the years.

Up for the other things that were not so good. All and all it was a comfortable stay.

The biggest issue was that I did not have hot water from the day I checked in until Saturday. Every day I was told it should be fixed that day, but it never was. The staff seemed to have very little information about what was going on and could not provide any timeline or meaningful updates. I was staying at the hotel while recovering from a medical procedure, which made the lack of hot water even more difficult. After dealing with this inconvenience for most of my stay, I asked if the hotel could provide some type of compensation, such as complimentary breakfast or dinner. Instead, they only offered to cover one breakfast buffet valued at $16.99, even though I had already paid out of pocket for meals on the other days. Parking was another issue. Availability depended entirely on what time you returned to the hotel, making it difficult to find a space. To make matters worse, housekeeping informed me that I could not request any additional towels because I had already received the maximum number allowed. As someone recovering from a medical procedure, this lack of flexibility and compassion was very disappointing. Overall, I expected much better customer service and communication. Going nearly my entire stay without hot water, receiving little information from staff, limited assistance, and inadequate compensation made this a very frustrating experience.

Unfortunately the hot water was out on the day I checked in but was resolved prior to my check out the next morning. The room was clean and ready for early check in which was a plus since I returned from the cruise at 8 a.m. The shuttle service was great and on time. The Bistro was perfect for my dinner meal since I was exhausted from my visit to South Beach.
