At the front desk mr. Riley was very helpfull. A big thank you to the whole staff.

The staff at check in were super friendly. However the carpet had a moldy smell and there were pockets of dust around the corners of the room. Maybe a more thorough cleaning was needed.

How helpful was the staff? I gave it a low score just cause tge shuttle bus driver never came out and help. 1 lady struggled to come on the bus with her bags and the driver never helped. The front desk was pretty helpful with whatever. Kitchen was very friendly.

Had to change rooms a few times before finally getting one where ac worked. Lots of noise in the hotel from other guests past midnight.

The room was very dated and the bathroom was extremely patched up to work properly.The shower handles were loose.There was a constant ticking within the air vent.It ticked all day and all night.

The only issue was that the card didn't work properly a couple of times and there's no clear instructions on how to use it, especially for first timers.

The place was clean, but the a/c doesn’t cooling in any of our two rooms.

Room key cards were horrible, we had to get them replaced everytime we left the room. Definitely an inconvenience.

Easy to get and lot of parking space

Overall, the property was just fine. 6th and 7th floor lobby and rooms have severe smoking odor. It is just not possible to stay in those rooms. It’s not on the management as they impose fines on those who smoke but it’s just the crowd. Make sure to ask the reception not to give you rooms on those floors

They let us keep our car here for a whole week while we were on our cruise! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool area is very nice as well
