We left because of the loud banging on the window outside for 2 nights we had booked for for 5 nights because of an event we didn't stay but 4 nights and were very tired because of lack of sleep. They wouldn't refund our money when we left early and wanted to charge for leaving early. The breakfast was terrible. I won't be coming back to this motel. Spent about $1,000 and lack of sleep. Will not refund any money stay at your own risk because many people were dissatisfied and heard that loud banging outside the window. It was storming and the sound for that price and not staying is ridiculous. They don't have a pool or hot tub to relax in. I don't recommend this motel at all.

Covie at the front desk was amazing getting us all checked in and making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was very polite. It’s always a positive experience when you’re greeted with a smile and a great personality and that’s exactly what we got.

Brand new opened in 2025 Tesla chargers! No shade to park. Cars get very hot.

This was one of the nicest hotels at which I have stayed….clean, very nice staff, great breakfast.

The entire place appeared new. The room was spacious and the breakfast hit the spot. We would highly recommend. The area new the hotel has a few shops and establishments that you can walk to and is adjacent to the baseball stadium.

Easy parking, new safe and clean

Free parking, a plus for a downtown hotel, and convenient to several restaurants. Front desk staff were helpful, courteous & friendly. The ladies (Robin or Valerie) who managed the breakfast buffet were efficient, especially in keeping the coffee pot full! Breakfast had a variety of choices, no one left hungry. An enjoyable 3-night stay, and highly recommended.

There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better: 1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends. 2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very inconvenient when bathroom light is turned on and someone is still sleeping. Light shines right through into the bedroom.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel itself exceeded every expectation. The property was immaculately clean, meticulously well-maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming. A special mention must go to the front desk and housekeeping staff—they were truly phenomenal, blending warm friendliness with top-tier efficiency. Our room was absolutely perfect, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The ONLY ISSUE that tarnished an otherwise flawless stay was the breakfast service. While the hotel advertises hot breakfast options, the execution on Saturday morning was completely unacceptable. We arrived at 7:30 AM to find the food containers entirely empty. Shockingly, management had scheduled only one single person to run the entire breakfast service on a busy weekend morning. The poor server was completely overwhelmed and could not keep up with the heavy crowd. The turnaround time to refill the stations was incredibly slow. After waiting 15 minutes without a single hot item coming out of the kitchen, my kids and I had to leave hungry. Management severely let down both their guests and their lone employee. What hotel only schedules one server for breakfast on a Saturday morning? This staffing issue needs to be addressed immediately.

The baseball stadium, food court, gallery, and visitor center are all nearby. The hotel is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast provided by the hotel feels a bit limited in variety, but it covers all the essentials.
