The staff person welcomed us and shared what the property had to offer. The lady at checkout was wonderful and invited us to visit again. Great customer service.

We stayed for 1 night. As a Marriott Gold Member & having booked through Hotels.com, we had no expectations of any benefits being honored. However, We were surprised to know we were upgraded to a corner city view room, Room 220. It was nice for what it was. Room clean, staff nice, breakfast adequate. Only cons: no pool, not the best coffee, and bathroom door is glass so it wakes people up when light is on. Other than that, had a great experience at Springhill High Point, and recommend to all traveling in the area!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We loved the way they incorporated the old mill building and its history into the hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

We had an amazing Stay. It was a newer hotel. Just open 6 months prior. It was beautiful! The only amenity was missing was a pool. First, I would like to start with the Great Staff. The service was amazing. What really left a lasting impression was first contact! Ms. Dashanne Mathis the Assistant General Manager! Wow! So much to say about her! She was so very helpful, patient, knowledgable, personable, attentive, approachable, & friendly,! Dashanne provided service with a smile each encounter! I felt like I knew her for years! This was our 1st time visiting High Point, NC. When I expressed this to Deshanne. She pulled out a phablet and she went over all the attractions in the area. All the fun things to do. It was a plus being in an area where we had access to entertainment and restaurants. Deshanne also introduced me to BonVoy Program and the benefits. So I signed up for the Marriott rewards I have to say. Marriott Springhill Suites has fount a rare Jewel in Ms Mathis. By the end of our stay. Deshanne and I were now friends We love the room set up, intimate & cleanliness! Just what we wanted. It had such a good vibe The entire building exhube history and Great atmosphere. The only issue was the shower. Water spills out on floor. The Breakfast staff was very attentive. Ms Val was so friendly! I observed her interacting with each guest. She also was somewhat of a historian. Which was delightful & refreshen. Val shared the Hotel history up to date.

The environment was excellent...room was immaculate and classy. Really enjoyed the kitchen lady named Val. She made sure everything was stocked and even came over and kept me company when I was sitting alone. You could tell she has a wonderful spirit and I will be returning because of Val.

This property was beyond GORGEOUS!! Marriott chose this historic brick knitting mill & restored it - with exquisite beauty & attention to detail & high end finishes!! We were blown away!! Absolutely nothing! This property is perfect! You’ve got to see it!!
