Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We had a lovely stay. Your hard work, genuine kindness and exceptional hospitality turned our 54th Anniversary Celebration into an unforgettable experience. We liked that our suite was big, feature a great sitting area, and very comfortable. The breakfast and the Chef LaQuan was absolutely incredible, serving delicious high quality dished made to perfection. Our breakfast server, Sarah was attentive, familiar with the menu, friendly, and genuinely brighten our morning with her fantastic care. The hotel sparkles with cleanliness, safety and sunshine. The managers are highly visible, engaging, ensuring that you are having a great stay. Tim McCoy is an excellent manager and makes you feel you are a valued and welcome guest at the Hilton Garden Inn on Hilton Head Island. This is an awesome staff that takes pride in what they do and its one of the many highlight of our stay. We appreciate everything you do! May God continue to bless your good works. Very courteous staff. Quick check in and super helpful at breakfast when I needed food to go at the last minute. Would stay there again.

Disappointing

Very happy with our stay and the convenience

First room they gave me smelled so badly I had to ask for a new room and the second one was just as bad. When I got into the second room, I noticed the toilet tank lid was off and when I went to check why, it was because the handle was broken and there was a repair ticket on the bathroom sink because maintenance was working on it. I went back down to the lobby to tell the front desk and they apologized and said they would send maintenance. Maintenance came and was very nice and fixed it fast, but said they should have had it in the system not to give anyone this room because they were working on it. Staff is friendly, but the rooms are so bad I wouldn't stay here again unless there was absolutely no other option. Breakfast is also $17 if you want it. Didn't get it, but from the looks of what I saw, it is the same food that is usually free at similar type hotels.

Exceptional

The property was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. The rooms were as expected. The only thing I hated was the very thin pillows. Bring ur own if you stay here. The mattress was on the thin/hard side. The parking garage is nice, but fills up quick. The property is about 15 mins from the beach and behind a gas station.

The bartender was great and the room and establishment was very clean! I would definitely come back.
