The property was conveniently located to everything and the front desk was extremely helpful with pointing out all the best local eateries .

This place was great! A little far from the beach but Teresa was great at the front desk. Everyone wished me a happy birthday. And the Manager was pleasant as well. The room was clean but our bathtub was less than desirable which was shocking for a Hilton!

The Padgett family had a great time! The staff truly became like family. We made sure to tell everyone buy when we left this morning. The breakfast is amazing. Everything is clean and everyone has a smile. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Maybe I didn't read the fine line but the food for breakfast was not worth paying $17.00 for. Looking at the price of the room, you would think that the breakfast would have come with the cost of the room. This is the only part about the hotel that I did not like.

Location Charge of $2.00 for 16 oz bottles of water. Maid service every other day is not acceptable for a $300 per night room. I will not stay at this hotel when I visit Hilton Head again. I have stayed twice.

Without that issue, the overall rating would have been close to a 5. The staff was helpful. The room was quiet for an hotel room. The manager was present early in the morning apologizing for the water issue. He had brought water bottles and the staff prepared a full continental breakfast.

There was a cost for the breakfast which there weren't a lot of options. We didn't use this "amenity" for that reason. $12 was overpriced at best.

My only issue was it is advertised as within a mile of shops & restaurants (which is true) however we did not have a car, and it is not walkable from the hotel. No sidewalks. So taking an Uber was expensive until we actually rented a car to save. No public transportation.

The property was nice and pet friendly. However the day of check out they were having the water worked on which threw off my plans for that morning. Couldn’t swim or go to the beach because I was not able to come back and shower. Everything else went well during the trip.
