The front desk lady was the best. The location was average, but realize that nothing is that centrally located in Hobbes, hah.

Clean Lots of space Thought it had a hot tub it doesn’t

The front desk manager was very helpful, but definitely super busy! We couldn't find the tv remote, while looking everywhere we could think of, we saw a lot of places that hadn't been cleaned for a long time... it was fine for a one night stay.

Tv in room had 3 remotes none of them work

Horrible and nasty. Bedbugs and I mean a lot of them our room was infested. I had booked a room for nights and could not get out of there fast enough. Do not stay there. You had your advice. It was the Bedbug inn.

Everything was wonderful

The room and bathroom were dirty, the door did not lock properly, and the windows were left unlocked. I was especially concerned because I was traveling with my 3-year-old and our room was on the second floor. The pool was also closed, and staff was laying down in the lobby. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and not very professional

Arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and asked if I would be able to check on a little early as I had been on the road for some time. I was told that check in was at 3 ok understood. I returned at 3pm and was told I couldn't check in they were still cleaning the room. 4:10 pm I go up to my room it was still not cleaned was not able to fully check in until 4:30. The bathroom still dirty,the sheets felt unwashed and still had stains on them. When I asked if I can have a late check out after being checked in an hour and a half late,because I had to wait for an important call not because I wanted to stay I was told "I wished it worked like that but no" terrible customer service,horrible cleaning. Very disappointed in this visit

Nice parking, room, beds, and shower. No face towels in bathroom. No toilet paper holder. Two unwrapped toilet paper rolls on a shelf. Unusually bad sausage, eggs and fake fruit juices.

Beds were comfy. Pool smelled a little weird and water was blue instead of clear. Water got shut off with no warning in between mine and my daughter’s showers after pool. Phone in room did not work. Had to go down to front desk to ask about the water problem.

everything was fine except the bird poop!!!!

clerk should have told us not to park out front, in the morning the grackles had pooped ALL over our car and cost$40 to get it cleaned!!!!! everything was fine except the bird poop!!!!

The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, the pool was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and roomy, and the breakfast was incredible with farm fresh eggs, homemade biscuits, gravy, and sausage patties.
