While it appeared clean, the room was dated and in severe need of updates. The flooring was peeling, the wallpaper coming off, and just so many needed repairs. It seems as if noone has truly cared for upkeep for decades, would not stay here again.

I wouldn't call it a resort. No room service, no phone in room, tv channel was so old it didn't have letters anymore. Front desk entry is the backdoor of the clubhouse the front door is locked. No outside food allowed but ordering is super slow. No clubhouse turn to get food. You go from 9 straight to the 10th tee. The guys in the pro shop were awesome. When I tried to check in and no one was there. Not was there a bell or the sound of people anywhere. They came up and got someone to check me in.

So this resort golf club was overall very clean! It’s an older resort probably built in the 70’s!! Definitely needs a lot of updating! The flooring looked fairly newer! The furniture was old! I’m sure in its day it was beautiful! The golf course grounds were beautiful to see looking out the sliding door to your patio area! But when we went outside the patio was dirty, full of debris and spider/cobb webs! And in between the sliding doors it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time!! You wouldn’t want to sit out there for sure unless you cleaned it yourself!! It was a pet friendly room so possibly other rooms were nicer!! IDK! The comforter was old and didn’t look nice at all! Ugly brown! Again pet friendly! The spa bathtub didn’t work… I think probably the motor had been taken out! But tub was nice and deep! Ran out of hot water before it was done filling! But it didn’t take long to get hot water again! It was a great room for our 2 small pups! The bed was hard and very uncomfortable! Someone with a few million dollars needs to come and renovate the whole property! In it’s heyday I’m sure it was amazing! Price was way too high for the room we had but probably paid for the view and property!! Restaurant food was amazing! A burger to die for and a chicken breast pasta dinner! Excellent meals!! That helped to make our stay more enjoyable! It was a last minute reservation because there weren’t any pet friendly rooms available at any other hotels in Hollister CA!

We really didn’t see much staff. No one was at the check in, not even a bell to ring for a person. The gal we did find that does check in was very helpful, so her personality was a plus. Air conditioner made a great deal of noise. Pillows & towels were very thin. Rooms are large, but only 1 chair by a circular table to watch TV. Granted if your golfing, it’s a different story.

Good location - close to pinnacles national park. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Nothing amazing, just an average room.

Rooms are very in need of an update, flooring is deteriorated, need is a camp bed with a mattress. For the price I expected more.

Loved our quick stay! We booked a pet friendly room and it was perfect for our dog. The golf course was beautiful

Nice drive to Hollister. Huge clean room. Everything was good for Hollister. Free parking, nice people, nice lil town. Beds are hard but I layed blankets underneath and all better.
-
The rooms are very run down with peeling floors and moldy showers. The decor is very drab and the bed was hard as a rock and of low quality. The location is great but I won't be staying there again.

Corners of the room were dirty. Wish room had a bag for our dirty laundry. Our shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty. The stick under the bed was slanted, I was afraid it would break.
-
Close to where we needed to be. Bad lighting, uneven walkways, shower head didn't work properly, couldn't darken the room in the day time, shower very hard to get in and out of.

The size of the room, and location to where I wanted to be. Where do I start. Our first room the ac didn't work the room was dirty and the beds moved every time you sat on them. We got moved to a different room ac worked ok but still needed fans to even more the air. The water presser was better in a garden hose then this shower. It was coming out more in the bathtub then the shower part. The shower was in a big jetted tub that was a safety hazard as it is very slick stepping into it. The toilet was almost to the ground. The room looked like a remodel a kindergarten did as half the walls were painted or had puddy on them. The room was dirty the staff was partially helpful. This place has so much potential with lack of care into it.
