Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa

The view and proximity to the beach were amazing. Exactly what we wanted. But the actual room and amenities on the property felt like the saying "putting lipstick on a pig" The quality of the space was a total SHOCK for the price we paid. I have stayed at Holiday Inns and Motels that have been better managed than this property, as sad as that is to report. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of rain during our visit so we spent more time in our room than initially expected. In short, it was very uncomfortable. Not the "home away from home" feeling you'd expect from a "resort." Outside of the rooms being outdated, the floors were run down and chipping, the grout was BLACK (and I don't think it started that way), the ceilings had massive leak stains that hadn't been addressed, the space was crowded with too much furniture, I could go on. Housekeeping barely attended our room and was completely insufficient when they did. But worst of all, everything was purposefully CHEAP. Cheapest quality beds, cheapest paper towel, cheapest toilet seat, cheapest toilet paper, cheapest dishes and incomplete sets etc... It is a SHOCK that the property hasn't been better maintained. Overall, the low grade quality of the room didn't match what we paid. We will never be back.

One of the best and exceptional properties we ever checked in. Steps away from the ocean, very clean and modern rooms. Definitely this will be our place to stay from now on.

Great location and ability to use private beach Our room was rather dated. Particularly kitchen and bathroom which were looking worse for ware. For price point this was a little disappointing.

The place was very clean the beach was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Staff friendly location

Location was perfect!. Watching the sunset from the room was a plus!. Confortable bed and right size of the room. Parking was very convenient right by the entrance to the room. Great pool and rest area. The kitchen and bathroom were old. The pictures I saw when I booked the room looked much nicer. It will be good to have a renovation to both kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen utensils were scarce. There was no gym. It would have been great to have access to a gym.

Lovely amazing location and Maui style rooms very comfy!!!

We loved this resort! You could not get closer to the beach. We had a pool view room and it still only took about 2 minutes to walk from our door to the sand. The resort is beautiful! Loved the pool area with lounge beds, TVs, cabanas, corn hole, and plenty of chairs. The complementary beach chairs and umbrellas were an amazing surprise! We were offered champagne at check in. There is a little restaurant and bar by the pool for coffee, lunch, and frozen drinks. The room was basically a small apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!
