Beach view

Property beautiful but the room we had was not well maintained, a lot of wear and tear. Dresser draws were off track, air conditioning extremely loud and drain in bathroom sink was rusted shut.

Loved our stay at Bali! Sits right on the ocean. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that staff put out for guests. Room was awesome with separate bedroom and living room area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

El servicio en el hotel es bueno, la habitación limpia, con unas vistas increíbles. Solo que cuando hicimos el checkin tuvimos problemas con la cerradura y las llaves de acceso a la habitación, por lo cual tuvimos que esperar bastante para poder acceder a esta otra vez ya que el personal de mantenimiento tardó bastante. Pero en general el hotel es genial

Location and facilities are first class

The location was amazing! We had a seafront room and the view was amazing! The room was very noisy, the air con was really loud & the fridge.

The view and proximity to the beach were amazing. Exactly what we wanted. But the actual room and amenities on the property felt like the saying "putting lipstick on a pig" The quality of the space was a total SHOCK for the price we paid. I have stayed at Holiday Inns and Motels that have been better managed than this property, as sad as that is to report. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of rain during our visit so we spent more time in our room than initially expected. In short, it was very uncomfortable. Not the "home away from home" feeling you'd expect from a "resort." Outside of the rooms being outdated, the floors were run down and chipping, the grout was BLACK (and I don't think it started that way), the ceilings had massive leak stains that hadn't been addressed, the space was crowded with too much furniture, I could go on. Housekeeping barely attended our room and was completely insufficient when they did. But worst of all, everything was purposefully CHEAP. Cheapest quality beds, cheapest paper towel, cheapest toilet seat, cheapest toilet paper, cheapest dishes and incomplete sets etc... It is a SHOCK that the property hasn't been better maintained. Overall, the low grade quality of the room didn't match what we paid. We will never be back.

One of the best and exceptional properties we ever checked in. Steps away from the ocean, very clean and modern rooms. Definitely this will be our place to stay from now on.
