The staff members were amazing.

Had to change rooms because of black mold in bathroom shower and the Facilities were far below price point. Nonfunctional plumbing and appliances

Accommodations were perfect, even with a late flight.

The room was very large, very accommodating, beautiful view of the pool area easy access to the beach small restaurant on site and the staff was very friendly room was clean. Very happy with this day.

Great location right on the beach. We loved the restaurant on site, the cleanliness of the property, ample parking, and very friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, nice linens and curtains. However, the paint peeling on the bathroom cabinets, the dated cabinets in the kitchen, the cleanliness of the fridge, and the overall outdated aspect of. The room itself was a little frustrating, considering the cost of the stay. It should be a little balanced. Also, the people next-door had two dogs who barked constantly. We shouldn’t have to be kept up all night at someone else’s lack of respect.

It is beachfront on a beautiful beach, and chairs and umbrellas are provided. We had a beachfront room with a nice terrace with seating, a full kitchen and water bottles provided. There is a nice pool with chaises and sun beds, and a snack bar that provides good hot and cold food options along with pick up snacks/drinks and adult beverages, in a friendly relaxed environment. It was very convenient to shops and restaurants as well. We would return, after the construction is completed. They were in the midst of a remodeling project on the beachfront building where we stayed that restricted some of our access and was noisy. They were sawing tile directly under our room nonstop during the day so you needed to be somewhere else, as you really could not use the room to relax during the day. We didn’t really mind as we were there to enjoy the beach, but to not be able to enjoy your room to read and relax was not optimal. For safety reasons they had yellow tape up that necessitated taking a longer way to the parking lot, pool, etc. Not a huge deal, but was somewhat inconvenient. On the plus side, they were very friendly and the work they were doing will be really nice as a result. Parking could be very difficult at times also due to the necessary construction vehicles taking up some of the parking. I wish we would have known about the construction and/or been offered a discount, but it is still one of the best if not the best, option we found on the island.

The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.

The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them. The final straw was at night. The hallways were almost completely dark, making it very difficult to see. In fact, one member of our group tripped over a rock, broke two toenails, and was bleeding. When I went to the front desk for help, it was closed. There was only a sign instructing guests to call a phone number. When I called, a woman answered who sounded like she was out partying, and I could barely hear her. She told me that turning on the hallway lights was prohibited. To make matters worse, we even found cockroaches in the hotel, and some of the water fixtures were broken and in poor condition. These are basic maintenance issues that should never be overlooked at any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that this hotel was far from cheap. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I loved the beach view and the beach was being and super clean just an advice add a bit more pool beds and umbrellas

We liked the location of the room in reference to the pool, in a closed area which was convenient for our kids.

I enjoyed myself...the beach was breathtaking..the island was beautiful..my living quarters was clean..the staff was very professional..access to the beach was just what I wanted...I would go back to this resort again..n again..thank you
