The way I was treated and thrown out of the hotel because the rooms did not accommodate things that we’re supposed to be there TV microwave, etc and because I complained, I was thrown out on a nonrefundable booking that I’m still fighting for my refund that they assured I would get back in 3 business days

Extra fee for pet not disclosed prior to reservation. $40 deposit for remote and key really… Not refundable for three days after your day also not posted on website honestly it was old beaten up and a little bit scary. Don’t stay there. You can do better somewhere else by the time they attack on the beach and feel secure. Dirty old

The rooms was dirty there was a left over rag from the previous guest the tv didn’t work and the remote didn’t work either and overall it was just dirty and rundown and I complained but nothing happened I would never go back there EVERYTHING!

The only problem was no one came and took out the garbage or changed the towels

The staff was incredible, the lady at the front. I didn't get her name, but she told me my lights were on and she saved me from a dead battery so thoughtful. A couple things in the room could have been fixed..... tiles Missing on the floor and part of the tub drain hanging off.....

Room was comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Could park right at my front door. Easy to unload and load things. Friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant stay. Will stay here again.
