Very clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast could be better. The only complaint would be the sliding bathroom door a kid could get its fingers stuck in there. My husband almost smash his fingers with that door. Also the AC unit a little bit to loud at night. Over all I would give it a 8/10

Thankfully I had the deadbolt locked on my door. Systems were down when checking in so my room was somehow not accurately put into system when they came back on. Someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night after myself and my daughters were sleeping. As a mother this is terrifying. They tried twice to open the door and it was caught by the deadbolt. When I looked through the peephole no body was in the hall. 5 minutes later it happened again. This time I slammed the door shut on the person and saw them walk away. In the morning when I inquired at the front desk she let me know it was a mistake and my room had been incorrectly put into the system and it was her checking rooms. I personally think the middle of the night is not the time to enter rooms if you aren’t sure if someone is in it. Maybe call or knock first, don’t just try to enter the room with a key. What if the deadbolt wasn’t locked and she did just walk right into our room while sleeping. That is just unacceptable!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely responsive and welcoming. They gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations, and the location was convenient, with plenty of shopping nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options. We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean and fairly new. Fine. Not exceptionally comfortable beds and the pillows leave little to be desired. Otherwise the bathroom was clean and good. Since there are few options in Hornell, this is the best option for a hotel by far.

The pool area is clean and well maintained with a heated pool. Fresh towels. I enjoyed the outside lounge area. Breakfast was yummy and multiple options everyday. And they had to go bags.
