Accommodation needs updating!!! Shag carpet went out 30 years ago. Shower pressure poor and no hot water. Expect more from the Wyndham brand!!!

Very nice! Not too far from Hot springs. Gated community, very quiet.

We have stayed here several times with no issues but this time the wifi didn’t work at all. We called the office and she told me to reset the router in the B unit which I am lucky we had both A and B. I was told if that didn’t work it was nothing they could do because it was a busy weekend and everyone was fighting over the wifi. Honestly the grounds wasn’t full at all but even if it was you need to figure out a better way to make sure the wifi works.

As usual, I’m always happy to relax here. It’s usually quiet. I had noisy upstairs neighbors and the bed was hard.

Great place for a family getaway

The pool was dirty, the room had carpet which needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator didn’t get cool. The mattress on the pull out bed/couch was stained, the sheets were in a bag and smelled like cigarette smoke. With all that said, we squeezed in the queen size bed.

We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was! The view was also very refreshing and relaxing! The shower was a little too short for my husband as he is 6ft and the shower head only went up to around 5’5ft. The comforter on the bed was a little thin but we greatly enjoyed the high powered ceiling fan & having all the extras such as the microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven!
