Stunning grounds, beautiful aesthetic, front desk people were wonderful The concierge was hurried and condescending

Wifi outages on Sept. 30 and October 1 we are seniors and don’t do the nightlife. We watch tv and go to bed. The paperwork at the spa can be transitioned to tablets. When using multiple days the info would self populate. A handhold at the front of the tub, we are seniors and have balance issues getting in and out of the tub. Or better yet convert the tubs to walk-in showers. I mean who takes a bath when one is at a spa.

So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool.

The property was well maintained. We chose to go during Labor Day weekend where there were 9 children to every 1 adult. Kids everywhere which made it hard to enjoy the amenities. The 2 golf courses were beautiful. The staff was amazing.

Lookong forward to returning. Make sure to book the spa early on the Weekends as well as to find a seat at the lazy river pool early on an August weekend

Front desk and Martha's cafe (is that the name?) should have been better staffed. For a world-class resort, you should have a lovely coffee silver-service set up in the lobby for guests to help themselves. It's ridiculous to wait in line for 20 min to get a drip coffee. Also check-in/check-out was annoying in terms of waiting in line to do so. Pull staff from other places when someone is waiting. The room was lovely but the AC is very loud. Bathroom vanity is awfully low, actually hurt my back bending down to brush my teeth!

I think the activities are the star here. I stayed 2 nights, weather was fabulous. I’d definitely try to get discounted rates. Room and food were average. I wouldn’t use the term “luxurious” here. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Prepare for an expansive property. I love all the porches and seating areas throughout. They have a full movie theater. The room was lacking a bit which I think just needs better housekeeping audits - no handsoap or kleenex present, did not have warm water in shower, would call it cool. Bathroom fan looks like it has not been cleaned for years (not kidding). The only comment I have about all these types of hotels is that the mountains and the small town here (a lot closed mondays and tuesdays) are by nature inhospitable. There should be a 24 hour stand somewhere within the property where guests can get needed items in the middle of the night. There is no CVS, no Walgreens, no ubers, etc. etc. but if comfort and taking care of guests is important, I should not have to anticipate all this and learn the hard way when I get here. Fortunately a family member works around here so I’m familiar with the limitations. An IGA grocery store (not within walking distance) is here in town and closes nightly at 9 pm.

You MUST have food and activities scheduled MONTHS in advance or else tough out of luck. Also nothing is around for at least an hour drive so plan accordingly. Our room had a window ac not central air.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The parking was a pain, though, since the valet was way out there. I forgot something in the car and had to request the car back and it took almost 40 minutes to get to my car. Also, checkout was a cluster. People arriving, people leaving; you could get stuck there between two cars and have to wait until their cars get valeted. Please plan accordingly. Also, we did a 2.5 hours kayak (5 hours total) late in the day which was awesome. Somebody came in a beat up old bus and drove us down to the river and brought us back. Our issue was the price which turned out to be 4x the regular price if you had booked it directly with the company. Stick with the hotel amenities and don't do the outside excursions (at least not with the hotel). We also went hiking around the hotel and ran into a black bear on the trail which was fun!

Overall, a good experience but would suggest a non-holiday weekend to visit.

Overall, family friendly. My headboard had a large stain on it, which was off putting. Lots of stains on furniture in common areas as well. The food was overall very lackluster as well as supremely overpriced. So, not sure we’ll be repeat customers on this property. Would not recommend on a holiday weekend couldn’t find ANY seating at the pool which is frustrating when you’ve spent well over a thousand dollars on a room.

Staff at desk and concierge not friendly

There was constant flooding in the hall between our wing to the main hall due to rolling thunderstorms. The gorge hike is disappointing - it’s only 0.68 miles because a stair bridge is broken so the guide stalls with nature talks because if you were to actually hike it, it would take less than 20 minutes to reach the broken stair bridge. The experiences such as axe throwing and zip line are over priced / not worth it. The archery was fun as they have animal targets. Bingo is fun and you can win prizes. The pool is nice but rolling thunderstorms limit your access in the afternoon (we went in August). We had connecting rooms and they were decent.
