The staff at the Omni Homestead Resort are absolutely fantastic! My favorite are the folks working the valet and bellmen!!! They always take care of my car, they always have a kind word, and they’re just downright good people!

Great time! Wonderful resort and excellent restaurants.

This place was magical! It’s history, the place is very well maintained and gorgeous. The staff is very nice. The food and amenities were top notch. We went as a family with 3 kids and we all had a great experience. The spa is a must and the local hot springs is wonderful….. I want to go back dinner than later

From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return.

The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni. I’ve stayed at this year alone, and the second time I’ve stayed at this particular Omni. It was not Omni quality and or standard standards. There should be serious discounts and were refunds issued.

The Omni Homestead is an absolute gem located in the Allegheny Highlands.

I love our stay! Will definitely come back!
-
Not fine dining… dirty dining Jefferson Steak House with water pooled on floor, bread crumbs across dining area, dirty tables, insufficient wait staff!
-
Absolutely Stunning, luxurious Property! Friendly faces and accommodating staff every where you turn. From the welcome bubbles to dinner, drinks, lazy river, spa, pickleball courts, horseback riding… so much to do and most of it included.

This is a beautiful historic inn. Shout out to Sandra, Brett and Veronica in the spa which is peaceful and well stocked. Robes are grubby looking but very warm whuch was needed. There was a scheduling mix up but the staff worked quickly to compensate for the inconveience. The check in desk was often busy. Lots of standing around and trying to fill out forms in a flimsy folder. Better to have a clip board. Spa was very clean. In the hotel, I saw room service trays and cleaning cloths left out. The room itself was clean and small but the desk was seriously scuffed. Not expected given such an expensive room. Nice size closet. Restaurants were all good but pricey. And it was not always clear which places were open. Signage in the lobby would help. The concierge desk had a trainee and was the one who did nit actually confirm our spa appointments correctly. We had booked a hike which was a definite highlight with Cooper. We also enjoyed the history tour. No good shuttle arrangements given we arrived by train. It ended up being $150 one way to get to Clifton Forge. The 260th birthday daily celebration was a treat with live pianomusic

Clean; comfortable; accommodating, friendly, professional staff.

There was an issue with the payment booking.com charge me first and then the hotel charge me again after three different days in two weeks they made me the refund, besides that everything was good

The staff was responsive, polite, and personable for the most part. The pools were very nice. The main dining area is better than the onsite restaurants. Smores by the firepit. The check-in was a bit disorganized. They need a clear line. Parts of the room were worn out (the drapes pulley, the electrical outlet). Would be nice to have self-parking and more EV charging options beyond the valet service. The resort is on a large compound, so this is definitely feasible.

Spa services - amazing Staff- so kind We did a sound bath at the natural springs, highly recommend. We also did the river gorge hiking trail and Mr Brian was super welcoming and funny. We enjoyed our hike! Overall it was an amazing location if you’re looking to unwind and relax in stillness with nature.

It is a great hotel that offers a variety of relaxation options as well as entertainment! I highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay there!

Perfect Getaway! Big resort small town. Everything was top notch, service, food, amenities... Recommend going

Beautiful place with great service. Be prepared for lots of walking, as it is a long way from some of the rooms to the amenities. Also, be prepared for lots of extra charges such as daily parking, historical preservation fees, etc., none of which are disclosed up front.

The property was lovely The mattress and pillows were poor quality and/or old and needed to be replaced. There was no exhaust fan in our bathroom and the grout and caulk in the shower/tub needed to be replaced as it was not that it was unclean but that it had black mold in areas. Definitely, felt the grounds and historic nature of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was great; but overall we felt it was over priced.
