The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. Management spoke to me and I know that they are trying, but it was a disappointment, especially when you’re so far from other dining establishments. Housekeeping also fell down in quality after the first 4 days. Coffee supplies but refilled, towels not replaced and the room wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed on several occasions. One day, the room was made up and turn down showed up at the same time, 4:30. Overall, a beautiful property

The staff is exceptional and will impress you from the moment of your arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated in an authentic, local character. We only dined at one restaurant, ULU, and it was excellent. This experience was first class all the way.

Absolutely beautiful property. Entire staff was amazing. Overall magical experience

Excellent property and staff. Food was mediocre at best.

The pools and the gym facilities are among the many exceptional features on this property. If you’re like me and like to incorporate some fitness during your getaway, this is the place. Breakfast buffet at Ulu was always something to look forward to and their dinner service was amazing as well. Thank you to all staff who made this a very memorable experience for my parents and I. And a very special thank you to the resort manager, Chad, who personally came by at dinner to say hello, chat briefly, and wish my dad a happy birthday. All class. Can’t wait for our return!

I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! Thank you, Four Seasons Hualalai, for ensuring I had a remarkable birthday celebration!

All good!

It’s the Four Seasons… enough said.

The room was decent but prime ocean view isn't always full ocean view. customer service is pretty mediocre for the price. Food is good for breakfast. Would avoid beach house for dinner. Pool side drinks are mediocre. Overall probably would recommend staying at the Kona Village hotel next door. They actually had their property in front of a more swimmable beach and had better water sports. Four seasons was quieter though and probably better for golf.

Excellent stay at Hualalai. Great experience in Hawaii that was not too far from the town of Kona that created a peaceful escape but also allowed for exploration of the island of Hawaii
-
i wish they would not shine service cart headlights into rooms at night. So annoying!
