The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. . There was no marker on the road. The hotel was on so I missed it and had to turn around.. the doors to get into the hotel or not easily opened so it was difficult to bring my luggage. The pool and hot tub were not clean and the hot tub do not work very well. The Wi-Fi was horrible. Very bad connection.. The TV was not easy to operate and I could not connect to my pay channels. I would not stay here again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and room. There was an issue with something on one of the pillow cases which I wasn't aware of until we were back on the road and my companion told me there was something yellow dried on the case. Other than that, it was a good stay. The young lady in the dining room kept everything stocked and we were impressed by her helpfulness and her smile.

Check in was easy & pleasant as the clerk accessed my reservation easily. I should have mentioned my AAA card at our meeting but was OK to to nevermind. Room was beyond nice with cold air & comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleasant & filling for our way to our next vacation. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!! Nothing I can think of! We had no bad time with this visit. A staff member even recommended a resturaunt called the Globe which was in a truck stop taht we loved! Food was great & I wanted to thank staff member personally but was not around before our departure!

N/A The bed was hard as a rock! Hotel policy is to not run whirlpool between 1am-5pm, don't understand this since I rented the room and was at a concert and wanted to use the whirlpool when I got back but no, crazy talk. But who cares how loud people are at 6am in the hallways!
