Don’t book! They charge 100 dollars incidentals & then scam to not return the full amount. We were accused of stealing LED lights from the bathroom which was not true. We barely spent time in the hotel & were only there for short increment of time. We requested sheet changes after finding stains on our bed & they refused to replace our sheets & towels. Front desk workers were rude when I tried to find solutions to these problems.

Pet friendly, clean room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was about our own room. The A/C wasn’t blowing strong and the lights upon entering was broken.

Large enough for a small family, had breakfast and little shop on site. Came in the summer and room remained comfortable. Will definitely stay again on next trip.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. Clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast buffet. When I come to visit my family again I look forward to staying here. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Nice size of room. Booked poolside room got a third story room on the other side of the hotel from the pool They advertised guest laundry was it not there on the third floor had signs pointing to laundry but it was not there.

Close to the airport and was decently priced. The room has a musty odor to it. We arrived late in the evening and was staying one night to sleep, so we were all exhausted so didn’t ask to change rooms not sure if that would have helped.

Staff was friendly, clean room, breakfast was good, and parking was good.

The location was very good for me as it was easy to get to the places I needed to travel to. The room was a good size and relatively clean (aside from some hair in the bed). The breakfast was quite basic but it tasted nice and there was a bit of a variety of things to choose from, so it was good overall. The fruit juices and coffee were lovely! The room had a funny smell, that wasn’t overpowering but it lingered even when it had been cleaned. Also, the reception staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. They could have delivered better customer service. Even them cracking a smile when approached would have made a difference.

Love the new walk-in shower and tile floor. The sound on the TV wasn't great. It seemed to go in and out.

Had to change rooms twice before finding an acceptable room. First room smelled of possible cigarette smoke and second room had dirty tub.

Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was great. They accommodated us well by keeping us on the 1st floor which made it easy to walk my dog.

Staines on walls & bathtub. Had 2 cockroaches and nobody came to clean our room within the 3 nights. Didn’t have our “do not disturb” out either.
