    The room was very clean, however getting to it - the hallway floors were terrible - they smelled old and stale - maybe they are in the process of updating them. Front desk staff nice, but can’t go beyond their set job. When I booked, in the comments section, I especially requested a room near the elevator, and that I need to add my AARP membership for the discount, because I couldn’t add it when I booked. Staff told me they hasn’t even seen the request, couldn’t add AARP, and didn’t have a room near the elevator !! Had I know all of this - I WOULDN’T HAVE BOOKED THERE. And we’re not going back !!

    Hallway had an unpleasant odor. Carpet needs to be changed. Floor in room had chips in the planks that could cut your feet. Had to put my suitcase over a very damaged part.

    The location claim to have a hot spa and none was at location and the gym was full of extra hotel amenities. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent but the floor smelled like it was mopped with dirty water.

    The place had a weird smell as soon as you entered. Then, in my room, the smell was stronger. It made me literally sick to my stomach. I couldn't stay. I left.

    I had a wonderful stay at this La Quinta. The room was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit.

    Nice room and hotel. We actually stayed here one time before. The only thing that was really bad was the sewage odor by the elevator and an odor on the 2nd floor.

    The staff was extremely professional and nice. Each member went out of their way to help me . I was traveling with my small grandchild, it meant the world to me how helpful, especially the reception that checked us in.

    Location Condition of the facilities..The whole building smelled of mold and on 4th floor where we stayed the hallway carpet was still damp from apparent leaking roof and it really smelled horrible.. our room didn't.. but it had a moldy old shower head, the hood vent in kitchenette over cook top was leaking in our (Executive Suite) There were NO utensils or plates or cookware for efficiency type room ( Executive suite) . The bathroom vanity wood was cracked, sliding glass shower doors were missing parts causing water to get on bathroom floor. Bathroom sink had mold and no stopper in it. Room phone didn't work, Wifi is not Free.. you have to join as a Wyndham member. When we advised front desk, they offered us a downgraded room ( no kitchenette) instead. When we went to check out that room before we repacking our belongings again to move... We noticed the ceiling was leaking from fire sprinklers, and smoke detector.. Also the air conditioner was on 70 but the room was so damp the bed spread was damp and wet.. we decided after spending over $ 600 for 5 nights to stay in our original Executive suite. We were able to turn on vent hood fan and it seemed to stop the leaking of water/ condensation. We noticed all of the other issues throughout our week stay, but were too busy to notify front desk until check out. We feel this hotel is run by management that tries to save money and cut corners.. it was not warm and comfortable due to no pictures on the room walls, fluorescent lights in the room and it smelled strong of new paint... When people spend the same amount as what some other really nice comfortable hotels cost .. it's disappointing.. we know now that we will not be staying there again. If you are comfortable with the basics and getting by not having certain amenities, that work during your stay.. and water leaking in your room, and are ok with the smell of moldy carpet this place is for you..
