However, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The property is very dated both inside and out, and it shows. The mattresses were extremely worn and uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. The carpets were also in poor condition and need replacement. The bathroom was another concern. There were broken tiles, small holes in the walls, and noticeable stains in the bathtub. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrive. The front desk clerk was also wearing a visibly dirty cloth face mask, which was off-putting and did not present a professional appearance. Mask, especially material ones do more harm than good! While the room was reasonably clean and the linens were fresh, cleanliness alone does not make up for the property's outdated condition and lack of maintenance. Significant updates and better upkeep are needed to make this hotel feel comfortable and well-maintained.

Water leak in the bathroom toilet, and my daughter's room ended up with bed bugs. Better hallway lighting. Very dim hallways.

The hotel was in a good location based on our travels. It was kept up pretty well - didn't get to take advantage of breakfast or the pool so I can't comment. The room was ok but could benefit from some additional cleaning.

Pleasant stay

Very clean & comfortable rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was a tad pricy for the area, but not excessively. Overall a pretty good experience.

Ok stay for a few nights in order to visit someone in the area so not in the room that much at all. Staff never at the desk but not really needed on my stay. Would not hurry to go back.

I went down for breakfast at 7:00 AM. There was hardly anything available.

Young lady behind desk at time of check-in did not check ID (never had that happen; thought it was standard procedure); seemed pre-occupied with other things. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.

The room and bathroom was quite dirty, including the floors, toilet, and bedspread. Also you could hear every step of the people in the room above us, so I would highly recommend requesting a room on the second floor

Room and building were clean. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. The tub couldn’t be used for a bath. Shower got way too hot. There was broken glass in the parking lot. We informed front desk in the evening but it was not taken care of until the following morning. The breakfast was a nice selection but the coffee was full of coffee grounds. The lady was apologetic. The coffee was improved the next day, but still had a lot of coffee grounds. Room was nice sized, had a microwave and fridge and was clean and fairly comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient location with food and shopping nearby.

Decent hotel for a short stay, rooms could be a little cleaner! Cobwebs in corners, floors not properly swept, stains on bed linen! But for the price not a bad stay!
