Location and friendly people The jets on the spa tubs need to be fixed. They are not strong enough

Location Our room was very dirty. We stayed here last year and it was much cheaper and much cleaner. There were dead stink bugs everywhere and the carpet and blankets were stained. Definitely needs updates for the price!

My bed was nice. Breakfast was disappointing, being on a low carb diet there was nothing for me to eat. When I checked in the girl behind the desk, flat out, lied to me. Another gentleman walked in as a walk-in and his price was way lower than my price that I just booked online. And when I inquired, she was saying a bunch of rumblings and then she said oh it’s because we give a hospital discount. The gentleman happened to mention that he was coming to visit his brother at the hospital. The toilet was broken. I had to lift the cover to flush the toilet because the chain was broke. The carpets were extremely stained. The chair upholstery was falling apart.

It’s clean. There is a decent breakfast with hot options. The hot tub was just slightly warm not hot but it was still relaxing.

Nothing Everything. Switched to 3 different just excepted the last one. Was tired and need sleep. I have pictures of all the issues. The rooms smelled of a strong, door to the bathroom was severally damaged floors where dirty and hair in the sink. 1st room only

Location , convenience, price, staff, affordable, breakfast. TV was small. The chairs were old and had holes in one of them.
