The first room assigned had not been cleaned and one queen bed sheets had been used and not changed. Housekeeping was not on duty. We were moved to another room, which had been cleaned.

Breakfast wonderful. Very nice room and massage showerhead. Nice pool. Excellent staff.

It was really good every morning There was a great variety and everything was fresh There was plenty of food for everyone that came to eat

The mountain view from the room was serene. WiFi was great. Coffee tend to get cold after a while and can use periodic refill to keep it warm during breakfast window of 6 to 10am.

Even though it was clean, helpful staff, I can't believe if costs so much just to sleep. The breakfast , I guess, is the new standard for Hampton Inns nowadays, but it was pretty mediocre. Not a bad place but the brand is slipping.

Overall, the state was fine and the property was fine, but the woman at the front desk acted like you asked her to walk from here to Hawaii every time there was a question.

The entire facility was very clean. Staff were all friendly. Finding shredded cheese next to the eggs was a happy surprise. Thank you.
