Cambria Hotel El Centro - Imperial

From the room to the staff, this hotel is top shelf. Fantastic stay again! Thank you guys!

While re-checking in, I was told that I had to pay the $100 fee. Employee spoke to manager over the phone but could not figure out how to proceed without charging the incidental. I have stayed here on two other occasions through my company and have never been personally charged for incidentals because my company ads it to the booking. Bit of a hassle but it all worked out. Nice clean rooms.

Rooms were very modern & clean , comfortable beds nice bathrooms. AC worked perfect!

The only downside was a leak in my room. There was already a silver tray placed underneath to catch the water, but at some point, the water missed the tray and ended up on the floor. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t make a big deal out of it and just cleaned it up myself. Aside from that, everything was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Hopefully, the leak gets taken care of because everything else was excellent!

Nice hotel

The gym is a good size for the hotel and has what you need for a decent workout. Unfortunately, the indoor pool and spa area was disappointing. The room consistently had a very strong sewer-like odor, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the area. The spa was only heated to around 98 degrees, so it felt more like a warm pool than a hot tub. The water also had an unpleasant odor. The on-site restaurant is VERY expensive, and the bar prices are also higher than average. The food is good, but expect $$$$ pricing throughout most of the menu. Breakfast is pricey as well, and for the price, I was surprised they did not offer flavored creamers for the coffee. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the rooms are a definite positive. However, the pool/spa area and the high food and beverage prices took away from the overall experience.

This hotel is To far from dowtown. Loudly guests with a party, call front desk and nothing. Happened

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Super nice staff. Close to our event. Restaurant was convenient and good quality food.

This city gets hot! We enjoyed our AC in the room and that amazing restaurant bar they had available

No AC in pool area, gym is tiny and smart TV doesnt work

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The 2nd floor had a bad smell to it. Restaurant inside had decent food but took forever.

Breakfast is not included when reservation is made, it is additional add on cost per person. We paid additional for the breakfast, and we were given voucher. Breakfast choice is very limited and not enticing. Restaurant staff get the coffee from the lobby which is actually free for all guests. If one wants satisfying breakfast, other hotels offer better choice breakfast buffet included in the cost of the stay.

Clean and nice, but the restaurant closes too early at around 8:30 to 9pm

Very clean, convenient and everyone was nice and accommodating. The property was very clean and kept up. I liked the little store available to guests and the eatery.
