Sometimes the elevator was out of service Condo was nice but the building needed work. Some parking spaces were flooded after storm. Bathroom shower pressure was strong. Little water pressure sink faucets.

This property is beautiful!! We really enjoyed the ocean being right outside the patio! We can hear the waves from the living room! It is such a beautiful space and beautifully decorated! Upon arrival we were told to gain a key fob from the lock box however there was nothing in the lock box once we finally gained access to it. We also didn’t receive a key to access the outside water to wipe the sand off of our feet. We did end up having someone deliver the key to us which was super helpful!

The home a location were excellent. Close to a few good restaurants as well. The management company is horrible. The listing mention free overnight parking across the street for an additional vehicle. Upon a rival we were told by city officials as well as local police that there is no free parking across the street, all metered (2.50/hr) as well and absolutely NO overnight parking. There are parking areas that will allow overnight through permit but permit is only obtainable Monday through Friday through the police department. Still awaiting a call back from vacasas “local” management team in regard to where to park my car without it being ticketed or towed. We spent the whole first night looking and calling around to find out where to park as to not get towed. 11pm we finally drove 15 min away to park the car. We even passed the management office(closed of course-11pm) on our way.

The Condo Had everything you would need, Very Spacious and the View was awesome. We enjoyed the quietness of the Condo Complex vs a busy Hotel. I would Definetly rent here again Everything was Great i do not have any complaints.

There's was nothing we didn't love about this beautiful condo. Right on the beach, across from a coffee shop, and close to all the attractions/nightlife. Can not go wrong with this beauty! We will definitely be returning. The only suggestion is to maybe note that you need a key to use the outside foot shower and purchase a broom for the OCD people. LOL Unfortunately we didn't realize we needed a key to wash off at the outside shower until the last day.

The Pointe 104 was exactly as pictured and described. The beachfront patio doors opened up to sounds of waves that could be heard throughout the condo! Beautiful sugar sand beach was never crowded and we walked for miles each morning and evening. Beds were amazing and balcony furniture was a great place to relax. Sunsets were beautiful and dolphins played every morning just off the beach. Location is great for a family or those wanting a quiet getaway. We loved the Beach Trolley and rode it for day trips to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach and John’s Pass. A nice coffee shop is just 400 feet away and Salt Rock Grill is a short walk as well. A stress free trip with direct flight to PIE, Lyft to condo, Instacart for grocery/beverage delivery, trolley for getting around and Lyft back to PIE for direct return flight. Doesn’t get any easier than that! Wished we could have gotten a later checkout than 10 am since our flight didn’t depart until 8 pm. The trolley driver let us on with our luggage so we were able to at least go to an outdoor grill to use up some of our 8 hour wait!

Getting into the building was a nightmare. There is no person that attends to s lobby. It is only and entrance. I was told by email that morning to go to the lockbox by the tank and enter the code provided. When I arrived the lockbox was broken open and was in pieces. I called Vacasa and they said they told me a code to enter at the door and said they contacted the on site person and he would be there soon. After waiting about 30 minutes in 95 degree heat, I was still waiting in the parking lot. The 4 diget code they gave me did not work. Finally another family on their way to the beach came out and let me through the door. When I got to the door of the unit, I entered the code provided in the original email. That code did not work. I stood there a while after trying several more times and then tried the code the person on the phone told me to use on the perimeter door. That code worked and finally got into the unit. After cooling off in the A/C for a few minutes, I started unloading the car. When I finished about an hour had past, since I called Vacasa. Still nobody ever showed up. I don't know if anybody ever did but no one ever came to the unit to check. I could still be waiting in the parking lot if that family didn't come out of the door. When we checked out, the perimeter lock box was never fixed, so I assume the next people to rent the unit will have the same problem. The other thing is that a welcome package I was told would be there was not in the unit. There was no parking pass.

Check in was a nightmare!!!!! Vacasa doesn't give you a code for the lockbox which holds the FOB that gives you access to the main door to the complex.. They only sent a code for the deadbolt for your condo. Called customer service, got the code for the lockbox, NO FOB IN LOCKBOX, had to get another visitor to let us in to get in our unit where 3 FOBS were located. Condos are pet friendly BUT the beaches of Indian Shores and surrounding beaches are not. If you are booking a vacation home or condo do your own research. We called customer service to find out if the beach directly outside our complex was pet friendly, they got back with us 2 days later and told us it was, along with a list of some other beaches that were. Got down to the beach ( the complex is right beside public access) Signs posted NO DOGS. My advice is to do your own research regarding pet friendly beaches with accommodations. DO NOT wait for somebody to call you back that IS NOT LOCAL or in the US with any questions you may have, more than likely it will not be the correct information.
