Have stayed here before and no issues however this time was very disappointing There was no hot water for showers and the TV didn’t work. I checked in late so there was no one in the office to call.

Staff act like guess are invisible. They never answer their phones. Door was broken. Ants. Trash under the bed.

So close to Stagecoach There was no cleaning service. We had to go to the office to get clean towels and toilet paper. But other than that the stay was fantastic.

We were there for stagecoach it was really close and that's the only thing that was good. The pool was small & gross looking the jacuzzi did not look safe to get into. And the price was the only reason why I booked. There was no amenities like coffee maker. No ice machine on the floor you had to go to the bar which was a 5min walk. Poor maintenance of the grounds. No blankets on the beds just sheets. The TV didn't work at all. We didn't bother to ask because of everything else on the property we just knew nothing was going to be done.

location close to coahcella check in process is long and a mess....it is not clear where to go. rooms were disgusting, hair all over the bathroom, rusted drain, water stains. Door to the room hard to open, inside looks like it has been clawed at by a dog for days

They were a little disorganized this year for Coachella, blocking off the street to enter the hotel causing a mile backup so its best you dont drive when the festival starts, cause getting in and out will be a nightmare.

Comfy beds Parking Large rooms with kitchenette- mini fridge, microwave Security-safe Staff is nice Ac worked well 2nd staff at check in was accommodating and nice 1 towel for 4 days stay with 2 people- we stayed here before and knew this so we brought some 1 very small piece of soap- also brought soap 1 half roll of toilet paper- also brought it Light in vanity area don't work half the time Only sheets on the beds- no blankets or comforter- we also knew this from a previous stay and brought some Room can be loud on bottom floor- can hear people walking above, people walking on stairs Outdated rooms Check in was located in golf shop First Staff employee at check in was rude and didn't combine my reservations so had to check out at 11 am sit in lot and check back in at 4 Next staff was very kind and helpful I may add Bring trash bags- 1 very small garbage can Basic lodging but clean

It’s close proximity to Coachella We called 4 times for towels during our 3 night stay and never go any. We also ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day because only 1 was in the room an when we called for that it also never came. So we had to buy toilet paper from the store ourselves.

none offered place was under renovation or something. Office was closed for remodeling. No ice machine on property TV was difficult to use. Housekeeping was less than adaquate.

That location was fine. We didn’t go and have any breakfast. The facility looked empty. The pools were terrible The TV did not work. There was no amenities in the room. They only gave us one towel overall a bad experience.

There was absolutely Zero amenities. No coffee, no ice, room was never cleaned while I was there even though I put the tag on the door, hair dryer broken, I just didn't expect it to be that bare Bones and disappointing

Close to the tennis garden. Gated and secure. Pretty grounds. Air conditioning worked great. Had hair dryer, iron, ironing board. There were no plastic cups provided for brushing teeth or drinking. The toilet kept filling every few minutes but could not be heard once I closed the bathroom door.
