I wish the hotel have a microwave

Because we pay for microwave and refrigerator and when my husband get there they said don’t have room with microwave and my husband have ready food for days

Great location. Close to several shopping and dining options. Great staff clean rooms at an affordable price.

What was expected for the price

It was great for the price comfortable and clean just for the night the staff was nice and helpful

Staff just flat out rude and nasty I'll never spend my money there again I've never been spoken to like that to make me so mad in 20 years just ignorant

It was cockroaches in the bathroom and the pillows had a woman’s hair

I don’t receive my deposit back

Only complaint is they took 5 days to process my deposit. I checked out on a Wednesday and they processed it on the following Monday. I’d bring cash if you can. $50 deposit

Customer service is not their main concern, waited over 15 mins for someone to come up front to help us. The manager though was extremely helpful, but the staff was rude and not willing to help. They are usually on their cell phone or just ignoring you in general. The owner was nice and could do better about his staff.
